Ordered two number 2's got one and a chicken sandwich with ketchup! Normally I can't complain.. 🤦🏻♂️
I love the food but since they've changed the fries I haven't gone as much. The last 3 of 4 times I've gone they've screwed up my order. I don't even leave the lot anymore without checking.

Was my favorite place in town for an awesome burger until this year. They changed their fries, to what seems to be a cheaper fry. The fry portion is smaller as well. The burger quality seems like it went down hill as well. The drink cups are way smaller and the price increased on the meal. Went from my favorite place to eat, to middle of the barrel. Very unfortunate
There new fries are not very good. Not impressed

This place has gone way down hill since I was last here in 2016. The mushroom Swiss burger and fried pickles used to be my go to now I got the same thing I've always gotten n didn't finish any of it but my drink. Burgertime you have failed me.
Wow!
This place was amazing, they have campground picnic tables outside with pine trees around, and it is very peaceful, and the food was excellent.

Well, it finally happened. After decades of loyal cheating my diet, that is Burger Time in Grand Forks has officially betrayed me. I’ve been coming here since parachute pants were fashionable and “cheat meals” were just called Tuesdays. Hundreds of visits, countless chicken sandwiches, and enough fries at the bottom of the bag to build a potato monument. But that era, like Blockbuster and good gas station coffee, is gone. Let’s start with the fries if you can call them that. What once was a glorious cascade of golden shoestring fries is now a sad, burnt offering dumped into a cup like they owed someone money. The longest one was about two inches, and most were roughly the size of a toddler’s thumbnail. If fries were currency, these were pennies… scorched, shriveled pennies. Then came the chicken sandwich. Once my hot, juicy comfort food companion it now arrives lukewarm, dry, and so uninspired it needed to be buried under a landslide of mayo and tomato just to be edible. I know this is their second version of the sandwich, and while the first was better, even that one’s probably rolling in its foil wrapper grave right now. I stuck through the downgrade for years, like a loyal friend ignoring red flags. But today was the final one. And don’t even get me started on the prairie dogs. The once-thriving population in the outdoor eating area gone. Eradicated. They used to come right up and beg for a fry with those hopeful little eyes. Now it's just empty benches and broken dreams. So long, Burger Time. It was a good run. But this was my last meal with you. And fittingly, it tasted like goodbye.
food was really good, good prices & staff was super nice! definitely recommend & will be back🫶 Also have great daily deals!

Cheaper than McDonald's, better than Five Guys. Whole combo for less than ten bucks.
The fries they have now are terrible. They used to have the best fries in town. Even better then McDonald's fries. What happened to the fries? ??
Friendly staff in drive thru. Fast service. Great burger.
this place is so hit or miss. if the employee is rude to you, your food will not be good.
Terrible french fries! Please brinh back the shoestrings
