Lovely lobby, always clean and well kept. Friendly baristas in a quiet location. Easy to get in and out of with parking and drinks are delicious. 😊 10/10 times I prefer caribou over Starbucks, the quality is much better and for a chain it’s nice to have something that started closer to home locally. Also the app is really convenient for pickups and nutrition facts! Thank you!

When I got my coffee at this shop this morning, I watched the employee Elena take my cash and cash me out, then proceeded to go make my bagel and my coffee without washing her hands or putting on any sort of gloves. I feel super unsafe and uncomfortable with that and I truly hope none of the other employees have the same disregard for health to their customers. Truly hope we all learn to wash our hands
