This Chicfila in grand forks was the only poor experience I’ve ate at. They didn’t fulfill my order correctly, and the chicken on my chicken sandwich was old and gross.

This might be the best chik fil a location I’ve ever been to! They are so on it, the service is great and very attentive and efficient. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to Tim, I have visited a few times and he’s always been so friendly and was very accommodating with my gluten intolerance. Can’t recommend this location more!

the service was friendly and quick the food nothing that great ! small means small if there was 10 waffle fries I was lucky !! not worth the traffic to get there !

Waited for about 10 minutes at the front counter wasn’t gonna leave a review even though the general manager picks and chooses the customers that walk through the front door to greet, and chitchat while receiving their order, and while making change, while other customers are waiting in line then when next customer comes to Pos. General manager leaves to the back of the store leaves new trainee upfront alone (makes customers already waiting in line wait longer to assign trainee to POS. While waiting, I got the pleasure of watching trainee (unattended) scoop ice from the ice bin with customers cup. Sorry that was gross. But yea sir Tea was getting handled. A little bit more attention to your customers they are the one providing your paycheck biscuit was undercooked. Chicken wasn’t even hot. Extremely displeased sorry to leave such a negative review.

immaculate service, greeted with a smile. Esp when you just came from a long drive from Canada, the atmosphere and customer service just takes that fatigue awa. Feels like home.

Very unimpressed with their online order process. I ordered carry out and unbeknownst to me, they only start making your food once you confirm you are at the restaurant. Most places you can choose your pick up time which was not an option. Why would I order ahead online if I still need to go into the store and wait for my food anyways? Still had to wait over 10 minutes before getting my food, defeating the purpose of why I ordered online in the first place. And a great way to waste your lunch hour.
