What happened? Eating at chick-fil-a in the 90's and early 00' was a treat upon itself. I can still remember the first sandwich I ever at a mall in mesa az. I've kept giving this place a chance over the last several months and each time I get a sad dried woody flavored chicken puck. Now even the fries are terrible?! Go to BWW, skip this place. Cooperate needs to get back to their roots and reverse all the changes in the last 5 years. Service is still good.

We've stopped at this location 3 times in the last year while driving through Grand Forks. Every time, the drive thru wait has taken more than 15 min, which isn't a huge deal, just much slower than any other Chick-fil-A we've been to. Also, 2 of the 3 times, we either received the wrong order, or only received a partial order. We don't usually notice until we are back on the interstate, because we are in a hurry. Just disappointing, because we love Chick-fil-A. We won't be stopping at this location again.

Service used to be great but lately has gone way down hill, employees don’t listen to what you are ordering and have to repeat your order 2-3 times and still don’t get some parts of your order correctly

This chick fil a is great except for getting refills. The only person that gets refills are the older ladies that works in the morning. She actually acknowledges your presence whenever you are standing waiting for a refill. Specifically in the evenings and afternoons I am standing here with my lid off the cup waiting for a refill with workers who look at me but they act like I’m not even here. The food and everything else is great besides that.

Went for a week straight because of my cravings and it was constantly good! You don’t get that with fast food typically but Chic Fil A stays true! Would recommend but everyone alr eats here lol
A restaurant full of canadians and Americans a long line up... what I like here is it's very quiet ...employees are very calm while working and I don't hear anyone yelling to call their order number...I am so impressed with this restaurant how I wish we have one in winnipeg with the same kind of workers.. because it's my younger son's favorite now I want chic fil a winnipeg.
Drive-thru is absolutely the worst...Been to many CFA's around the country and it's a pay and go. Never more than 10 minute wait. This specific location needs to better this aspect of their business.
