More elusive than a Chick-fil-A on Sunday, Caribou is never open. Every time I want to enjoy a coffee, it seems that Caribou is dark and empty inside. Sure enough, the hours reflect the desolate, empty interior of this location. My family and I keep discussing whether or not this is a money laundering scheme since it never seems to be open. I love Caribou, but please fix your hours to normal human operating hours!
