The ice cream tastes good. The staff seems nice enough, but man, I come here a couple times a year and for the past few years it always smells like sour milk in the building. When you first opened up, this wasn't the case. I don't know if you need to clean your drains, or what, but the smell is so putrid and unapetizing. I can't imagine you guys are being sanitary back there with how strong and putrid it smells in the building. Shut down for a day or two and clean it up, man...

Quick service and it is so good. Little spendy, but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend it. They let you have samples so you can decide what you want.

the ice cream was good, the only complaint with that was that i got a waffle cone and it was stale. i don’t mind that much, but paired with the service i was left feeling the need to leave a review. the last few times ive been, the same couple teen girls have been working, and have consistently made me feel rushed to make a decision and leave, while sneering and being rude in general, cutting me off while ordering as well, acting as thought im intruding on their talking time. i did not feel as though i was welcome to return and honestly as expensive as it is here it’s difficult for me to justify it. the boy making my ice cream was polite though.

The ice cream is really delicious, it's just that the person who served me, I think was a little rude, it was my first time buying ice cream here, at cold stone, and I felt very pressured by the person who served me, I feel like he got desperate why was I taking my time to choose, she seemed upset, nothing like her partner, she was very kind and patient, but the ice cream was very delicious.

This place rocks! The staff are always super friendly and they move at blazing speeds, no matter the size of the line you won't be waiting long.

The ice cream was great! We found a quiet table to catch up and visit.

The tall male with blondish hair that works there has a terrible attitude. Show him the door. It's a good business decision.

This shop is a joy to visit. The choices and quality of the product(s) are exceptional. Courtesy and efficiency of staff are exceptional ?.

I ordered through DoorDash but this is not their fault. I feel this is the store’s fault for poorly handling their product. The first dasher took a while to find my correct address. He dropped it off at the incorrect address. I retyped my address on the chat. He had delayed responses and after waiting and checking every 5 m with no communication I marked order never received. DoorDash resends a new order. Once my re-order is picked up and in the process of being redelivered the dasher finds my address. I check the redelivered ice cream and it’s melted. I wait for my new ice cream to arrive and when I finally assemble my cone I find an insect crawling out of the ice cream. This was disappointing because I paid extra for this cone. Definitely not choosing this place again.

Our family favourite ice cream “Cold Stone’s”. Very nice ladies working. The place is clean and neat. A big variety of ice cream flavours. The ice cream was tasty, rich and creamy texture. The biscuits were fresh and crunchy. They serves the signature ice cream (predesigned mix of different kinds of ice cream, toppings, nuts, etc) or you can choose your own. They serves also ice cream cakes. The washrooms were clean. They have a high chairs. We loved our visit. Thank you team

Son got strawberry banana smoothie had plastic pieces in it 6 bucks down the drain

Was ok but they used coupons and they changed us more then it was the coupon said said they had price increase but should of charged what coupons said
