Food is usually amazing. Did find a hair in my salad today though. Already on my way to work so wasn’t able to get one remade. My loss I guess.

I’m always nervous about trying a new eatery- standing in line with people behind me and trying to decifer the menu options in an expedient and thorough way taking into account those behind me are probably in a hurry…….no different here!
I find the menu confusing and daunting-so many food options which is a good thing but extra charges for different items and depending on the food item the extra charge could be even a tier higher, which means making a bowl with your configuration could be quite expensive! So I stayed in the lines and, went with the Seoul Bowl and added in black beans and hummus for a small extra charge because I wanted the extra protein. I appreciated the bowl artist- after applying the special sauce actually mixing it all up in a separate bowl, so that special sauce was evenly distributed to every bite I ate. After mixing, poured into a nice clean bowl for presentation and consumption. Nice touch. Bummer, thought I took a picture of my lunch bowl to add to this post but did not. My wife had the Fiesta bowl, which was my second choice. Her opinion was it’s very good! Worth getting again.
I will definitely go back next time in Grand Forks. It’s a bit on the expensive side in my opinion but I kinda figured it out when I walked in. The decor is very contemporary and sharp, the washrooms meticulously tiled and the soaps are top shelf. I appreciate but, you pay for higher end!

Vegetarian options: Take out the chicken or eggs and you’re on your way! Easily done.

I’ve been a few times and have tried something different every time. All of the signature salads and grain bowls are well priced and you feel like you get what you paid for. The ingredients are fresh and everything is tasty. I’ve received great service every time as well, this is definitely worth the stop!

I was impressed with the freshness of the food, prepared in plain view. Excellent food, delicious handmade drinks, and fast, friendly service. The space was a little noisy, but not terrible. Love it! We'll definitely be back for more.

Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free and vegetarian options.

It was a much different experience than what I thought it was going to be. My wife wanted to try itand i thought it was just going to be an expensive salad bar. I couldn't be more wrong. The food was excellent and more than we expected for portion size. It is very good quality and very delicious. I have to remember not to judge an eating establishment by its name. We will definitely return here.
