Food was good but when I went to eat my blizzard they made me the wrong one. I live outside of Grand Forks so was very disappointed

Server was incredibly rude towards us. Tables and chairs were dirty, as if they were never cleaned. 1 Star.

Nothing is better than Dairy Queen on a hot day! This is our favorite one in town. The staff is always awesome and the food is just as great. Yes, sometimes the drive-thru line is to the street. The wait is worth it!

That was truly the most mediocre dairy queen I've ever had. Fries were meh, chicken was meh, not what I expected. The blizzard was fine.
Drive through staff were kind, drive thru was clean with no issues.

The food was underwhelming and overpriced. I ordered a steak, and it came out overcooked and tough. The server was inattentive, and it took forever for us to get any attention. Definitely not coming back!

I ordered regular chicken strips and got bbq instead and also tried to order white gravy with my food that I paid for and I didn’t get my side sauce and I didn’t realize the lobby closes at 7 so I was not gonna wait in the long drive through line again!!! Very disappointed!

Service is good and quick, my only gripe is the side salad. 3 dollars for literally a handful of lettuce and a few slices of tomato. I guess that's what I get for trying to eat healthy at Dairy Queen.

Great customer service. I've never had an order incorrect. The drive thru can be long and dangerous at busy times, with cars sitting out in the road and blocking traffic, but that's not really the restaurant's fault.
