I usually order from the east grand forks dominos and have Never had a problem but I ordered from the Domino's on south Washington and I couldn't even eat the pizza. The dough wasn't even cooked, it was gross.

Today I have by far had the worst experience with Domino's. I am really considering never ordering from there again. The guy was yelling, talking over me, cutting me off mid sentence. They first told me my order was put into the computer right and charged me $87. I added it up and called back and repeated my order again another person has now told me my order was correct and says there is nothing we can do to help you. You do have a big order. I explained to him I'm ok with my big order but I want to pay for what I ordered. He tells me oh well and laughs to later find out that I was charged for 12 sauces instead of 4 like I was told multiple times was correct. Then I was told they had to refund me the whole order and recharge me but he will try to remember to put my refund receipt in the bag or i just may not get one and tells me to pay cash.(I never got a receipt)I talk to another guy and said ill just pay with another card so I can have a paper trail. He gets upset. There was so much more but fast forward I get my food I only have 3 sauces and my pizza is wrong after it was verified. I call back the guy I have previously talk to about paying another way now is yelling at me saying I only ordered 3 sauces. Even though the guy before told me I had 4 on my order. Now on to the pizza I ordered I specifically asked what meat came on the supreme, to take it off and just do ground beef. My pizza has pork and beef on it. He gets upset with me and says you just want a refund for the pizza. I said multiple times I don't feel we should have a problem. My order was messed up and I'm trying to get it fixed. He cuts me off again and starts just talking over me. I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong? He ends it with now your pizza is going to take 45 minutes. I t was so intense and horrible customer service. I work for my money if I am spending almost $100 and you could care less if my order is even right is crazy to me. I hope they go back and listen to all the conversations and respond accordingly. When I worked for honey badgers they didn't tolerate that type of stuff. I'm just done now I'm out of 87 plus the 72 of the corrected price with wrong food and I get treated like this.

I hate to rate this so low because usually I never have a problem here. I placed an order thru the app used my rewards that I had built up. Almost 2 hours went by and there was no update on the tracker. Called the store to see what was going on and ended up on hold for at least 20 minutes before someone finally answered. I was told my order would be another 40 minutes at least. So that's 3 total hours for 2 pizzas and 1 order of cheese bread. I'm hoping this was just a super busy/understaffed anomaly of a day. Makes me hesitant to place an order again though.

So, I decided to give Domino's another chance and they totally screwed it up. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, extra beef and extra cheese. Two Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. I received the attached photos Instead. Either the owners of this establishment are promoting this substandard service or they don't care about the service their employees are providing the customers. This Domino's on South Washington will no longer receive another dime of my money. To all my fellow veterans, do not spend your money at this establishment. Boss Pizza and Marco's Pizza have better service and ingredients.

I’m giving my review a 3 because the food was great, but I don’t appreciate when I order delivery to my hotel that my delivery driver just drops my pizza at the front desk and doesn’t alert the hotel staff. She happened to walk out of the office while he was walking away… What is the point of putting my room number if the drivers aren’t going to bring it to my room? It also looked like all of my pizza boxes (3) had been punched for some reason. Not happy at all with how my food was handled and delivered..

Tried the tatertot dish, was very disappointed, looked good, but they drowned it in some kind of sauce which ruined it for me.

We wanted to try the Tater Tots dish that resembles a pizza. Not having this dish on the Cdn side, we were expecting a great treat. Unfortunately, we did not see it in descriptions, nor were asked if we wanted a sauce added after cooking. When we saw staff adding it, we asked them to stop. Sadly, we didn't enjoy the dish as much as we had hoped.
