Stopped to get 6 chorizo and egg tacos the food was okay chorizo was dry and more on the burnt side. But i get back home and go to put some hot sauce on the tacos and found there’s the 6 tortillas but only 5 had meat I could see missing one completely more than just putting an empty tortilla by itself in the box. Other than that and the meat just being dry and crispy it was decent at best

Hard shell tacos. They were nothing but shells and lettuce. Had to move the lettuce to find any meat and even less cheese. Also, were missing 2 and the woman working wasn't very accommodating. If you like shells, lettuce and lots of onion.this is the place for you. Also could be cleaner.

Almost a perfect 5/5. The food is divine, their Birria tacos are to die for, their staff is amazing and helpful. If you haven't had good tacos or Mexican food in a while. Take a stop by El Gordito's and enjoy the best Mexican food around for miles! Would highly recommend this place for you to try.
This restaurant can be good they have a very bad problem with consistency get a burrito one time and there's like everything everything inside it next time you get no guacamole sour cream Pico lucky if you get any protein sometimes and that is with purchasing extra meat on top of normal

The food was bad, I ordered a carne asada quesadilla in which the meat wasn’t even sticking to the meat, a friend ordered enchiladas and mean was the salsa on it disgusting, also ordered a carne asada which had more onions than meat. Overall food was bad I don’t even know how is this place a 4.5 stars.

I normally come to this place for Mexican food in grand forks. Today 7/13 was horrible service. Waited 5 mins in the drive thru with no cars in front of my for my order. Ordered an Al pastor burrito, got carne asada. I’ll still always support this place but the chick that was working had an aura about her of “I don’t want to be here”. She repeated my order back to me, got it wrong, then proceeded to give me the wrong kind of burrito.
You guys are usually awesome. Won’t stop coming here just because of a single bad experience but hopefully the gal that was working gets some help.
