This place has true potential, food is great. Staff is very slow, one kid watched his co workers work while he sat there with a blank look on his face. Not sure if he was training or what was going on up there. Waited 30 min for two small subs with a very small line.
Great subs and great variety. Thanks for bringing back the hot sauces. The little packets are a great idea. I like they post the calories for each size of the different subs, very helpful to me. Thanks for taking care of the first responders and us military people.

My worst Firehouse experience came today. The staff weren't impolite or rude, just very slow. We ordered at 11:59 A.M. and didn't have our sandwiches until 12:55 P.M. I was so confused because even at busy locations I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a sandwich and it wasn't that busy when we came in. Sandwiches tasted good but were cold and never got toasted. I'm not going to degrade the staff for the lack of speed, but I just cannot justify waiting nearly an hour...read full review
