Garbonzo's Pizza and Arcade

There’s a “bigger” blonde woman that was rude and ignorant when I asked her to help me use my tickets, quote on quote, “do you know what you want or not?” That’s not a way to talk to customers. Should be helpful and more welcoming and respectful towards the customer.

All in all bad service. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for the games.

The food was not very good. We ordered Mac n cheese. Almost 8.00. It was Kraft Mac n cheese. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were awful. They were very hard . Both entrees were cold when picked up and I was early for the pickup. We ordered a large pizza. The crust top was very gooey( not done) we ordered one half cheese and one half sausage , onions, peppers, olives, and mushrooms. Those ingredients covered 1/3 of the pizza. Way overcharged for what we got. I would not recommend this restaurant . You will be disappointed.

I don't know why people are being so harsh. Yeah the pizza isn't 5 stars... but it's still good. It hits the spot after a day of swimming and desperately trying to keep up with your kids. ? Even the gluten free was pretty legit. Prices are reasonable too.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was a reasonable price.

Kid-friendliness: the eating area is in the arcade with tvs.

Took an hour and 15 min to get out pizza they forgot very shity service by the time I got my pizza it was not what I ordered wouldn't waste my dollars here

Ugh... The pizza was worse than the frozen varieties. It needed a lot of salt, a lot of pepper... and I was all out of salt.

Enjoyed their pizza everytime we’ve had it. This time we ate in as we were checking out of the hotel . that area can use some help. Inside lacks luster. It was not the cleanest. We arrived just after opening and tables were dirty, we wiped off one to sit at. There were flys inside and along the window sills dead flys, wasps, moths! Windows could use a windex as well. A little more cleaning can go a long ways as people will start to wonder how the kitchen is for being clean.

Sent food to wrong address. Been here 20 times. Food was cold and terrible. Only for Canadians who don't know better.

The pizza was great. Good selection of games and prizes. The staff acted very promptly when I mentioned I couldn't locate my toddler, ( he was found quickly.) Awesome service from Hudson and Kadence!

Kids had a blast playing the games. Hudson and Kadence were friendly and outgoing. Great to see young kids doing an awesome job.

Great place to take the family love the arcade games & food options. Hudson & Kaydence great staff friendly & very helpful

Boys were very nice helped a lot. Very good food options that me and my boyfriend could share. 10/10 experience.

The staff, few young girls are so rude and seems they did not have any idea what the customer service is.Please review all other previous customers' reviewes and seems this is ongoing issue. Internestingly, this general manager copy and paste same response to the all customers' concerns and still they are going downhill !!!
