Ugh... The pizza was worse than the frozen varieties. It needed a lot of salt, a lot of pepper... and I was all out of salt.

Enjoyed their pizza everytime we’ve had it. This time we ate in as we were checking out of the hotel . that area can use some help. Inside lacks luster. It was not the cleanest. We arrived just after opening and tables were dirty, we wiped off one to sit at. There were flys inside and along the window sills dead flys, wasps, moths! Windows could use a windex as well. A little more cleaning can go a long ways as people will start to wonder how the kitchen is for being clean.

Hard to say because we never got to eat there. Website says they close at 10pm. Wanted to order pizza @9:30 to take back to hotel room but they closed down already. Disappointing. Looked like it would have been a fun place for the kids if they were open.

Sent food to wrong address. Been here 20 times. Food was cold and terrible. Only for Canadians who don't know better.

The pizza was great. Good selection of games and prizes. The staff acted very promptly when I mentioned I couldn't locate my toddler, ( he was found quickly.) Awesome service from Hudson and Kadence!

The staff, few young girls are so rude and seems they did not have any idea what the customer service is.Please review all other previous customers' reviewes and seems this is ongoing issue. Internestingly, this general manager copy and paste same response to the all customers' concerns and still they are going downhill !!!

Needing new staff is an understatement. After reading other reviews I can’t even believe they haven’t done anything about it yet because nothing has changed. The arcade and food is great!! Our kids had a blast. But when trying to order from the counter or redeem tickets the worker with the pink hair (Sammy is her name I believe) was EXTREMELY rude. To busy on her phone and when she finally did acknowledge you all you get it attitude. I went and asked if our food that we ordered was ready and she stared me down for at least 10 seconds and then very rudely said “I’ll go check on it”. As if I was an inconvenience. She will have a huge wake up call when she gets in the workforce that doesn’t tolerate that behavior. The other worker, Lexi, was super great!!! She was kind and I could tell she was trying to do her best. The pink haired girl actually yelled at her in front of customers. It was very unprofessional and quite frankly she should check herself first. Want to come back but if the staff doesn’t change it will be pretty hard to bring our kids around behavior like that.

How convenient. Boss' Pizza is literally within walking distance of LaQuinta. We chose the Meatza, and loved it.

My son and I went to play some games, the things my son wanted were a few more tickets than we had after 20 bucks, so I spent 8 more dollars so he could get enough tickets. After coming back to the counter, a sign saying to go to the concessions counter was present, so I went over and asked for assistance when available. After a while of waiting, looking at 2 + people constantly behind the concessions counter on their phones, I asked for help again. At which point, I was told that the item was not the 160 tickets, as the sign they put on it said, it was actually 800 tickets. My son was disappointed, as he won the rest of the tickets for it, so I asked for a manager. Olivia came over and said it was 800 and that was that, and I was out of luck. Talked to the hotel front desk staff, who were amazing. Unfortunately, the manager on duty worked at Tavern United, and after having to wait at garbanzos so the workers could apparently check their phones, and more waiting in the lobby, I had to get food for my son, and didn't get to speak to the manager on duty.
