Ground Round is such a rare place this decade, and let me tell you...the service and food here is above standard!! Not to mention the nostalgic yet modern atmosphere.
Very pleased, and never leave hungry!

The size of my burger for $16.49 was absolutely shameful 😫 I would never in my life pay that much for a burger like that again

The burger was disappointing, small, and was dry. I am not certain it was not a precooked burger. The fries were good. Overall, the cost of the meal and the food being merely ok, it was a less then fantastic meal and I am unlikely to have a reason to visit again.

The server was friendly and gave suggestions. The food arrived hot and tasted good. They didn't have a gluten-free menu at the current time, but the server was helpful.

Went for the all you can eat fish fry on Friday. We waited for 9pm to also get happy hour, but when we got there the server was very obviously annoyed to have us there. The popcorn while we waited was nice. We got the fish fry and the fish, tartar sauce, and veggies were good, but the mashed potatoes were cold, dry and bland. After we were served they told us they were out of fish after our first plate and there was nothing they could do about it. Didn’t comp us anything or give us a discount. I was excited to try them after getting their sliders at the pork and brew, but I won’t be back.

So, my significant other and I went in on Saturday for dinner. Well, we got our bill and apparently our server charged another table on her card. The server came to us with the check for our table and didn't even disclose that he had done so, until she was notified for the extra charge from her bank. He assured us that it would be refunded after 24 hours. Well it's been over 24 hours and it hasn't been refunded. Today she called a manager to explain the situation and he could have cared less and said that's her loss. What a joke, we have been going there on and off for 5 years and I will never spend another dollar at this establishment.

GR just isn't the place it used to be. Am I expecting fine dining? Nope! Am I expecting solid service from someone who at least appears to know what they are doing? Definitely. The last two times I have stopped for supper, the service has been just horrible. The kitchen is vast enough with getting orders out, but the servers are BAD.

Presented requesting table for disabled. Was ridiculed by greeter and seated furthest from the door. Better burgers at Culvers. Folks save your money and dine elsewhere.
