We go to IHOP in almost every city we visit. And sadly this one was less than average. There was only one waitress out of everyone that was smiling, cheerful & conversing with the customers. Ours was nice, got our drink order wrong for a party of 2. And one of our meals had what they call (crispy American fries) I’ve had a lot of potatoes in my life and I cooked in a restaurant for 10 years. Most people wouldn’t have let these leave the kitchen. They were sad. And then the manager even said (well they are crispy… but you’re right. Place was clean. Only about 7 other tables. Service was slow. During our meal all the staff Were standing out front chatting.

Don’t bother! Just showed up as 7:15pm, (they are open until 10pm) doors were open and people were wiping tables and I could hear dishes clanking but as soon as we walked in, the workers hid in the back. We waited for 10 minutes to be greeted in the lobby to be seated and we finally gave up and left! And as we walked back to the hotel, we saw the workers come back out to the dining room! Completely unacceptable. Spend your money ANYWHERE else.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated another 10 to order food and another 20-30 to get the food out. Worst experience of my life never going to an ihop again waiter came out with food, saw 2 empty water glasses and walked away without asking us if we wanted more. The food… terrible bacon overcooked biscuits dry hashbrowns… don’t get me started… sweaty balls would be a good comparison. Asked for over easy damn near scrambled. Crepes just tasted terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would do that in a heartbeat. Never coming back. Thanks for ruining my weekend trip.

Food was good but service was terrible. There was only two other tables when we sat down. Took forever to come take our order. No creamer for coffee, had to ask for things repeatedly in order to receive them and they made us feel like an inconvenience. Really disappointed.

We had to go get the waiter 3 times, that one of the toilets had recently overflowed and was not getting cleaned up. Floor was sticky and there was no way my wife was going to sit on the actual toilet seat. They only had 5 tables and we did not have a waiter. We had to go back to the kitchen to ask for more creamer we asked him two times and he didn’t bring it up. He was too busy talking to the other staff. Then we waited 15 minutes for our bill. But there was no staff in the dining room. We have had some bad experiences but this was the worst as far as waiters go.

Ordered breakfast in Grand forks North Dakota this morning says it was gonna be ready at 9:10am so i pull into the designated carside spot call in and let them know we are outside when food was ready she says ok we are finishing up your order ok we'll 20 minutes go by and I'm like wth is going on so I go inside and see my food sitting on the shelf so I wait for 5 minutes for someone to come and help me and ask how long has my food been sitting there because I I have been waiting outside since 9:10am and it is now 9:35 and she says NOBODY BRINGS NOTHING OUT HERE and walks away from me..... the only reason they get 1 star is because I had to pick it otherwise they would not let me make a review

Extremely slow even for takeout amd seem to mess up at least 1 if not many things on every order. Each time we have been there to dine in they make us wait in the entryway even when you can see clean tables available. Do not recommend.
