Jersey Mike's Subs

Got door dash, took off a few things and they just ignored my requests so I got soaking wet food that my kids refused to eat and we had to leave the park early the get better food. Never been so disappointed in a sub in my life. And subway exists

Food great, service was meh and atmosphere isn't what you go for.

First time ever having Jersey Mike's, and it didn't disappoint. Staff was courteous and helpful. The food was on point.

Ordered a sandwich inbetween class. IT TOOK 45 minutes from when I ordered it and 35 minutes after pick up time according to the app. Not only that, but they made my sandwich completely wrong. Guy on the grill has no idea what he was doing

Avoid unless you want your food to not be ready. Promised 12:25 on time for an online order, they had not even started on the order at 12:50. I hope at least the refund will be prompt.

The guy who served was so dirty, did not change his gloves and kept wiping his gloves hands on his dirty apron. Held my bread close to his shirt to put the compliments in and placed my bread on a bare surface with no paper wrap.
Just disgusting.
I told them to change their gloves.

I asked for a water glass. And the kid told me it better be water. He did call me sir though. Didn't care for that. I couldn't ever imagine talking to one of my customers that way. Especially if I don't even know them.

I ordered 2 sandwiches one no onion or peppers, one wrapper stated W/O and both were the exact same.

We always stop at Jersey Mike’s because they are consistently good. This location is different because of Erica! Her smile and personality makes everyone feel special when you walk in the door.

1) I think it's absolutely disgusting how they DO NOT wear hair nets, their hair is everywhere and not contained at all.
2) they do not change their gloves..at least from what I'm looking at right now, I've seen about 5 forhead wipes of sweat already from the only girl who's MAKING the sandwiches...
