I want to start with the employees are awesome and the sandwiches are great. My only problem is that I come here often and if I don’t order an hour ahead, then I don’t get my sandwich when I get there. Like today, it said 45 minutes wait and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get one regular sized sandwich.There has to be a more efficient way to run the line.Great food, great people, unnecessarily long waits.

I placed my to go order on the app this evening, and the sandwich was terrible. The bread was so old and hard you couldn’t even chew it. I got a giant sub and it was a total waste of money. This is the second time in the last month the food on my to go order from here has been awful. It’s too bad, I usually love jersey mikes but it seems to go orders get all the old food

Good food the only thing is the line is moving too fast for the preparation people to catch up. I was done ordering and paying and they still didn’t make my sandwich. Then a few of us had to go back in line and tell them what we needed in our sandwiches disrupting the others in line.Kid-friendliness: Great

Top notch sandwich made in front of you... Slicing the cheese and meats done at sandwich time. The roast beast was fantastic. I had my sandwich "Mikey Style" which meant LTO mayo, and "the sauce", which I wasn't sure about until I tried it. Outstanding.And the gal putting it all together was also outstanding. Superb customer service and product knowledge.My only beef would be how long it took to get fed, but can't rush perfection I suppose.

I've never seen people work so slow and be that uncoordinated in my life. It was actually impressive how bad they were at their jobs. They were working like they were getting paid $5 an hour or less. If you like standing in line for an hour for a sandwich, repeating yourself 5 times for your order, or having it completely messed up, I would recommend this Mike's. Otherwise save yourself the time.

Lyle did an amazing job serving me today! I came in for the second time to try their subs and I was extremely pleased with the service I received! He was so kind and helpful with picking the right sandwich for me and took the time to have an actual conversation with me. The Italian sub was a really good pick, so thank you for everything, Lyle!

I came by on my way back to Canada, where I now live, but I am from the Jersey Shore. I amicably let them know I was a Jersey boy, and they put three subs together in a perfect fashion, exactly the way I asked. The staff was super friendly and know their craft, as it were. Got home a few hours later and we enjoyed the subs... you guys brought me home. Great job! Thanks!

My fav roast beef regular Mikes way was freaking yummy, but the service was strangely poor for a Jersey Mike's. My loyal Indianapolis Jersey Mike's locations are warm, inviting, and customer service is top notch. This Grand Forks North Dakota location was cold and slow, except for the nice cashier that was apologizing for the teams lack of caring. Mike would be embarrassed!
