Ordered on website that said delivery available. Son ordered and received notification that delivery was going to be at a certain time frame. Waited 15 minutes beyond time given for delivery and nothing showed up. Called the store and they said they didn’t have drivers available so we must of used door dash. We paid for delivery from Jimmy John’s plus a tip. Horrible. Don’t post delivery is available and allow the system to accept payment for delivery with the food if you don’t have people to do it. The staff said our food is in the store and they won’t deliver it despite being paid for delivery. Cancelled the order as there is a reason people order delivery like maybe you don’t have a vehicle!
Literally said “I’m too busy to make you anything, you can head over to qdoba”.
Couldn’t even look up when saying it.

There are 7 people working & there was 4 people waiting for their sandwiches. I have never had such slow service at a Jimmy Johns, especially with so many people working. They were cleaning which is to nice to see but it's 6pm prime dinner time maybe wait until a less busy time of day.

This is the slowest jimmy John’s on the planet, I ordered online and yet it still took 40 minutes for my sandwich to be made. I sat in there for 20 minutes waiting as maybe 5 customers came in.

Drove all the way from Winnipeg to be met by a rude employee telling us they weren’t open when the door was open at 9:59 a.m. last time we ever go to this location.

Embarrassing. The guy ringing us up had his headphones in and put the wrong things on the ticket. The girl making the sandwiches was slow and clearly overwhelmed while the guy didn't even help her make the food after ringing up orders.
The sandwiches were missing things I saw him put on the ticket and my giant sub wasn't cut which is rather silly considering its size.
This store wouldn't survive anywhere but here.

They had six or seven in the kitchen with no more than seven waiting for food and it took over 20 minutes to complete an order. We were watching half of the people in the kitchen dancing around and wasting time. Hands down the slowest jjs I've been to in a while

Do not do delivery. Horrific. They have a 3rd party delivery. The last 3 times I have ordered my order is wrong, delivery driver said he was at my place. Didn’t show up. Pick up at all costs.
I was in and out and my sandwich was well made,the staff was super kind and helpful. Kyle was a big stand out and went above and beyond to help me find a sandwich that fit my dietary restrictions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My order was missing ingredients, and had less than the usual amount of meat. Went into inquire. The man at the front was rude and belligerent. Wouldn't recommend the store to anyone. Especially if you want the sandwich correct or ever expect a refund.
