Horrible experience, walked in wait for five minutes while jonnica struggled to count the till, no “hi, give me just one sec” no “be right with you”, nothing just her RBF, was super upset when she took my order, and it used to be freaky fast but now it’s fricking slow, took 20 minutes for my unwhich, I used to love jimmy John’s what happened. Food was ok but the service was terrible.

Went to Jimmy John’s on 01/31/2025 at 5:30pm and walked in to place an order. There was only two people working and eventually third employee showed up after 15-20 minutes of waiting. We ordered one sandwich and a wrap. After waiting for around approximately 30 minutes, one of the employees said they ran out of French bread. After 5 minutes we asked the status of our order. One of the employees said our order must of been taken by someone else and they would make it up right away to fulfill our order. They came back and said the sandwich would take an hour for French bread or we could do wheat. We decided since we were on a timeline for traveling we decided to do wheat bread for our sandwich and the wrap. In total, we spend around 35-40 minutes to wait. I want to bring this to the attention during the busy rush on a Friday and running out of bread and backlog on orders. Hopefully it was just a one time mistake on their part. Management should look into some contingency planning on training staff.

It took 30-40 minutes for two sandwiches and two pickles. The employees did not communicate until asked after 25 minutes what was going on after they stopped making sandwiches at our order. They stated the bread was too hot to work with. Bread was overcooked and extremely crunchy, room temperature. I've never had such a negative experience at a Jimmy John's. It was disappointing and made us late for a concert.

If you are not going to accept COD then you need to take it off as an option. Ordered last week and it was fine. Ordered for delivery today and got a call from them saying that it is not allowed.

Ordered more than a half hour before they closed. Waiting, waiting.. 4 min before they close they call and say they ran out of bread and can’t fulfill my order. Very disappointed. Probably a good thing anyway, they charge way too much for what you get.

Idk what happened to JJ’s motto “Freaky Fast” but this is the only Jimmy John’s I’ve been to where the staff couldn’t care less about hustling. Even with 4 people waiting.

Service was spot on, friendly, quick, and lots of smiles. They had two sandwiches ready before I even paid for them. The subs are top notch, lots of toppings and flavorable. Stopped in tonight, May 28th, empty store and the "freaky fast" is a thing of the past. Very slow to make 2 wraps and a #15 sub. McDonalds microwave burgers were faster. Two people making the subs should've been quick.

Check out this Yelp review for Jimmy John's!https://yelp.to/2cMUjDrg8U as I mentioned in my Yelp review had I not ordered my sandwiches before using the restroom I would have turned around and walked straight out but to touch on a couple issues that were most disturbing one would be my wife and I are both disabled we ordered our sandwiches set down moments later a young man behind the counter yelled at us and said our sandwiches were ready for pickup instead of being courteous walking from around the corner and dropping our sandwiches off at our table in front of us yes we were forced to pick them up at the counter I guess the young man is crippled and has a difficult time walking 10 ft that would be clear to draw the correlation as to how come the men's restroom were in such a sad state, from the counter where he was at to the restrooms can't be more than 20 foot they were filthy and disgusting urine was all over the floor and the toilet seat the waste can was overflowing and trash was on the floor there was toilet paper stuck to the plunger sitting just right of the toilet if your employees are too lazy to clean the facility especially the bathrooms then you should probably put an out of order sign on the door I'm sure I don't have to express my displeasure I'm sure I don't have to say we won't be back to the store on 32nd

Not vary friendly acted as if they would rather be elsewhere, not vary clean and bathroom was worst no toilet paper garbage pouring over the sides and had a bad smell.
