I had an online order, one sandwich was missing so I called the store to have them send it, he explained to me they use third party delivery and while I understand that and had no problem picking up the sandwich myself, the guy I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly rude, I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m stupid.

Sandwiches are always good and the people are friendly. The only problem is that I can count on one finger the number of times they've gotten my order correct 😭. I only keep going because they're the only Jimmy John's in town with a drive thru.

Disgusting
Manager used another customers phone to speak on while he was making our sandwiches and touched everything. We tossed it when we walked outside. Just gross

I loved the small area in the shop. It was calm, and awesome. I heard that subway had the best sandwiches but when I tried this, I knew this was the best sandwich. Awesome food, calm atmosphere and friendly staff.

Please hire people who can read and understand English. Getting tired of my order being wrong because you're hiring people who can't read or understand the spoken English language.

I've ordered delivery multiple times at different times of day (even before they open with a scheduled delivery time an hour later) and they always take well over an hour for delivery or past an hour past the scheduled time with very little communication. The food is good, you just better not be hungry when you order.

After ordering online I went to pick up, they said the electricity was out so they couldn't make my food or refund my money, but they said they would cancel my order later. They failed to do so. I called to complain the next day, was told I need to speak with the manager tomorrow. So I did and the manager passed the buck saying I need to speak with the regional manager, tomorrow. So I emailed corporate and you can guess where that went. No reply. You lost a lifetime customer over a chunk of bread & cheese. I can't curse in this review

Excellent sandwiches. The help is good. They could probably use another one or two people working there during the lunch hour. Really busy so there was a waiting time but it's worth it

Called at 5 pm waited over an hour just to find out they won’t deliver . This has happened before but never again . The app says getting prepared . If you can’t deliver the order do not accept the order to begin with .

Just so u no, if u place a delivery order and they don't have a driver they will just cancel it and not contact u, I waited an hour and called them to find out my order was canceled.
