Food has really gone down hill. I hate to say that but we got a bowl, barely any chicken and the chicken that was in there was chewy. I got some honey chicken and no honey on it, just not impressed.

I had ordered hours a head of time for 4:45 pm pick up. I got to the restaurant at 4:40 and had to wait over an extra 20 minutes to get my food after checking in. I was missing the 2 sandwiches, gravy on the mashed potatos and the sauce packets from my order. I called and let them know i was missing food and they did apologize asking me to come back to get missing food. I fed my child with the sides we did get and got back to the store about an hour later. After waiting 20ish minutes in the drive thru with just one car a head of me. I was told that I can't pick up my sandwiches in the drive thru so I would have to come in the store. I had a sleeping toddler in the car and really didn't want to leave her in the car but I did park and go in. Waiting another 10 minutes to get to the til and tell them I was there for my missing sandwiches. They made my missing items and I was finally able to get my full order.
Standing around that long , you start to notice how actually dirty and crusty the registers and dining area the floors are, can only imagine how gross the back has to be.
I wont be back, just a rotten experience and the lack of cleanliness in the dining area/crust built up under registers just ruined it for me.

First of all, all garbages were full or over filling, the walls tables and floors were absolutely gross. Staff standing around or walking back and forth not doing anything but the bare minimum. The women’s bathroom stunk so bad and all I did was go wash my hands. The chicken legs were gross the thighs were okay, the potatoes and gravy weren’t even the best. Like I come for good hot food and a clean friendly environment and this wasn’t it.

I went through the drive through about 15 minutes after they opened and was told that it was going to be a 30 minute wait for chicken. After 40 minutes, they still had not brought out my chicken, so I went inside to ask about it, only to be told that it would be another 15 minutes for chicken.
It's honestly astounding that it took a "fast food" location an hour to get my food, and I probably could have gone to an actual sit-down restaurant and gotten some chicken much faster than coming here

We’ve been waiting 35 minuted and counting for two meals! Still no food… still siting outside!
Customer service was horrible I told there was a drive time and I needed to hurry up when I just got there wasn’t even there for more then five mins. Pretty much throw my food at me I will never return to this establishment you guys work in customer service learn how to treat people better. I work hard for my money and so does everyone else. When there is so many fast food places I could have went to I choose kfc food is good but need to hire new people.

I remember I first got yall and yall accidentally forgot my biscuit, but thus time everything was here and p good and I really appreciate yall separateing the gravy from the egregious amount of masked potatoes I ate with 5 total chicken straps. Honestly, no matter what my diet looks like I think KFC will always have a specil place in my heart.
Still very kind and consistent team on the night shift, I love kfc and I'm ready happy how kind and good the workers are here in the afternoon shifts :) I really appreciate you guys

Worst KFC in the lower 48 as far as I'm concerned. Why have a promo for $5 chicken pot pies if you're not gonna have them available??? We were told we'd have to wait almost 30 mins if we wanted a pot pie. When we ordered chicken tenders we were told they only had nuggets left. The food we got was cold and the chicken was like rubber. Mashed potatoes and gravy were luke warm at best, yet somehow, ended up being the least disappointing part of our meal. Don't come here unless you want to meet rude people who obviously don't want to work for a living. They should be fired and replaced with employees who are willing to do the work and take pride in their food service. Just shameful.

I've been to this store three times in a row and all experiences were awful. The first time, they ran out of chicken. All chicken. Idk why they were even still open.
The second time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, I had to keep repeating my name to the cashier because he kept claiming he couldn't find my order and tried to give me someone else's. At least the food tasted good once we got our correct order.
The last time I will ever go to this store also involved an online order. The order tracker online said my order was ready to pick up. But when we went to pick it up, the cashier told us our order had been canceled. I showed her the order tracker that said it was ready for pick up and that no refund had been initiated. So another worker said my order would be out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was given half my order, but not told that three items were missing. So we get home and realize half our order is missing and then I have to drive back to the store to get my other items. I was told that the reason I didn't get those items is because they ran out. But they weren't going to tell me this until I asked about it, nor were they going to give me a refund. When I asked for a refund I was told I can't get one because I ordered online, so now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card carrier which is a long process. The food we did get was really shitty this time too.
If you value your time and money, eat somewhere else.

Spent 30 minutes in a drive thru, not during a dinner rush, and drove all the way home to receive a very incorrect order from a rude employee who coughed in my partners face in the drive thru.
