This restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, my last two orders were burnt. The eggs had had a greenish texture. Costs have gone up and quality has gone down.

The drive thru line is ridiculous. I ordered one meal deal and was told to pull up even though no one is behind me. I asked if I could wait and the manager told the worker at the window that I had to go to keep the time at the window down. That is 100% cheating the system, hurts me as the customer because I have to wait longer, and makes the team members have to walk out to cars unnecessarily. They really need to get their times together and fix that rather than making me wait longer around the building.

Unhelpful staff, came around 8:30 wanting the 20 piece and 2 medium fries. Only got the fries and tried to tell them I used a code for it. Bald manager was dismissive and unhelpful. They insinuated I was lying to get free stuff

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Watched everyone get there food before us who came later. Mind you all we ordered was a happy meal. Eventually had to go in to get the food after waiting 15 minutes and still forgot our fries. Steer clear of this location.

Disappointed. Growing up a wise man once told me if you order a cookie tote oh get fresh cookies. This man was a manager at our local McDonald’s and took pride in his work. Fast forward to today where I get in my car during the dead of winter, freezing I pull up and order a cookie tote. Instead I am disappointed when I open my tote to find yesterday’s cold hard cookies. This is just unacceptable I feel betrayed by McDonald’s.

Food is fine. Online ordering pretty easy. Service unbearably slow. 20 minutes for 1 Sausage egg cheese biscuit, large oj, and hash brown? I've had faster and better service at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Going to be hard to return to this mcd after this experience.

22 minutes for a 4 piece chicken kids meal I drive thru. Spoke to the manager and all she said was sorry about that and hung up on me. Poor service. 12:39 order. 1:02 after I spoke to food runner to get it.

Fries never cooked, could be better. Messed up our meal. Workers are nice but need some lessons on how to cook fries. Bismarck can make better fries then this place.

When someone orders something plain, it means PLAIN! Nobody should have to drive across town to bring back the food and waste unnecessary gas because you can’t do your job accurately
