I just wanted a hot chocolate. So I had to go to the kiosk, find the right spot on the menu, press all the buttons and go and wait for my hot chocolate. I miss the customer- employee interaction. It was very sterile. But the bathrooms were clean.

The drive thru line is ridiculous. I ordered one meal deal and was told to pull up even though no one is behind me. I asked if I could wait and the manager told the worker at the window that I had to go to keep the time at the window down. That is 100% cheating the system, hurts me as the customer because I have to wait longer, and makes the team members have to walk out to cars unnecessarily. They really need to get their times together and fix that rather than making me wait...

Food is fine. Online ordering pretty easy. Service unbearably slow. 20 minutes for 1 Sausage egg cheese biscuit, large oj, and hash brown? I've had faster and better service at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Going to be hard to return to this mcd after this experience.
