I went thru the drive thru after MANY cars in line... all our food was cold, old, or missing.... while I sat at the Window the lady giving out food told whoever was on the ear piece NOT to take any more orders, they were too swamped and needed to get caught up, which is what happened to us while we were in the drive-thru line to begin with

I have learned to order on the app the wait time for a fast food restaurant is way too long, 15+ minutes. I will still get McDonald's, but use the app instead saves me time and is less frustrating. Also, every table was dirty.

Four cars recieved service thru drive-thru an I was still waiting on the opposite side to which i pulled up to the pay window and gave them my order which ended up being wrong anyway and the lady at the pick up window just slammed my breakfast biscuit down on the ledge sucked in her breath then ha ded me the bag. Not the first time this has happened here either. I'll go back to Hardee's thankyou.

If i could give negative stars for service I would. Ordered my food online, and had to give a code via drive thru. The employee did not respond through the drive thru, waited for 45 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window and the employee was doing genuinely nothing. Wish I could say I was exaggerating. She made eye contact through the drive thru window, and then turned around to face away from me. Wasted an entire hour of my time on top of the money I spent for the food I didn't even receive. Not to mention the cost of gas getting there and the gas it took to get back. Insane.

Iāve had so many issues going to this McDonaldās location if itās not the order being messed up itās a ridiculously long wait time for your order I was almost late for work trying to pick up a quick breakfast took 30 minutes and another time it took 50 minutes at curbside and all my food was cold amongst other times Iāve come here n had issues just curious when did āfastā food start taking so long and cost just as much at dine inn restaurants

I ALWAYS go to this McDonald's. They get my fussy pants order right 98% of the time. That is AMAZING because I order without salt and pepper, and with only onions and ketchup. I LOVE this store. Staff is super friendly, quick, and food is really good. I have never had major issues here compared to other locations. Great job guys. Keep up the hard work.š
