Had a horrible interaction today with one of the McDonalds establishment employees on gateway, I believe her name was Shelby. During this interaction I had my change thrown back in my face, and was repeatedly cussed at I had to come thru the drive thru several times to get my order corrected, go too 32nd they got better service or Burger King atp

Literally can’t listen to the simplest order and then when I try to talk to figure out the issue, I’m met with nothing but attitude even when the error was on their end. So unprofessional
no worker up front. they see you and keep working in the back.. you are forced to use the self order device in the front or use the mcDs app. i hadnt eaten at MDS in a long time. great way to clear ur stomach
