My family and I just visited this location and placed two orders online for drive through pickup. When we reached the window a lady spoke and told us she'd be right with us. We proceeded to sit there for 10-15 minutes while cars piled behind us waiting to order. Once she did speak again we mentioned that we had two online order codes and she told us we could only do one and we would have to get back in line behind the 10 other cars for the second order. Completely disrespectful, unresponsive, and lazy. We pulled up to the window to grab our food where we saw at least 4 women standing around conversing with one another instead of making our order and giving it to us. I hope these women get fired. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location unless you want to wait a long time for your order and get treated horrible by the trashy night crew of women.

Food tastes fine, like any other McDonald’s. However, I’m not sure why it is, but it seems like every other time I order here (I use the app and typically pull in to the curbside spots) they forget something or mess up my order. Today? 2 medium fries ordered and only one in the bag. A couple weeks ago? Gave me a single when I ordered a double, then added lettuce and tomato on the substitution when I ordered a plain burger. Numerous instances of such. I only order from here because it’s so close to where I live; otherwise, I’d stay away and go to another McDonald’s.

I mean, it's McDonald's. I got what I paid for. They did mess my order up on more than one occasion, but they weren't rude to me when I asked (nicely) to get chicken on my chicken sandwich and not just lettuce. I have had worse experiences at other locations, so I guess it's not terrible, but I just can't get past the prices for what the product has turned to.

Staff is the friendliest and professional of any McDonalds I’ve visited and I’ve visited many. McDonalds coffee is also the best of any fast food places including Overpriced Starbucks.
