The quality here used to be good but for some reason it has gone downhill at this location. I have had Noodles & Co in places like Minneapolis and the quality was much better so i am not sure why this location has such poor quality compared to other noodles locations. For some reason the buttered noodles have some sort of texture that looks like tiny tuna particles they mix in with the buttered noodles even if you order just noodles with Parmesan. Other noodles & co. stores i ate from don't have this issue.

I ordered the supposed to be CREAMY Cheddar Mac&Cheese and Spicy Korean Steak Noodles.
The Spicy Korean Steak Noodles is good — great taste and good meat. I’d recommend that.
Then we have the CREAMY Cheddar Mac&Cheese. I was really looking forward to it but was extremely disappointed after. It WASNT creamy nor tasty. Velveeta Mac&Cheese is way better than this.

Everything was good… until I was halfway through my bowl of pasta and realized that both my Parmesan crusted chicken and spinach weren’t in my bowl. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, there’s no way to request a credit in the app, even though I ordered ahead. It’ll be awhile before I’m back

I'm disappointed in trying to order online when it says buy one get one free and you can't do it. 😢

lol I never leave reviews unless it’s truly awful. Overpriced, small portions, very little meat or anything for that matter. Cost more than $10 you’ll be left hungry. HANGRY.

Noodles and Company is a great place to go on many occasions. They offer a wide variety of options at very affordable prices.

If you’re in Grand Forks and looking for a good Chicken Parmesan, come here!

Wasnt greeted for 5 mins. When I was greeted interactions was ok but I had to ask multiple times for the kids milk. When I got home with my order I realized it was missing or poorly prepaired. I only recieved 1 treat for my 2 kids my egg in my Pad Thai was burn and rubbery, my husband's Cajun Alfredo didn't have the shrimp in it. I've had good experiences before but after this I don't think ill be going back for a long time.

Noodles and Company used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now I struggle to find something to order. They forget stuff in the meals or get them wrong. They skimp on the proteins and add ins. Dishes just look like a big pile of noodles now. Noodles seem overcooked. They also keep getting rid of or change favorite dishes. Just disappointing all around, especially with the prices of everything now.
