The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the cake tasted pretty good, but you guys mistook an entire word for another. The girl working the desk said “some of us have dyslexia so that’s why”. I’m not trying to be rude, but maybe that person shouldn’t be writing things on cakes?? If I order another cake from there, I definitely won’t have any writing on it.

I just wanted to stop by and give a review for our beautiful wedding cake from Saturday, I will post a photo later. The true reason for the 5 stars, which I wish I could give so many more, the day of the wedding was a nightmare, nothing went right, and we forgot to pick up our cake. We called 20 minutes after they closed and they offered to wait for us to come and get it! Saved the day! It was a true act of kindness that went such a long way on such a stressful morning! The cake was beautiful and delicious, but it'd the customer service for me..thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

I think the reviews listed here are not very nice or kind. I really enjoyed my interaction with this business. Five stars!

I try and get my daughter's birthday cake from them every year and this year they did not disappoint. Recommended my cousin to try them, since this year we're celebrating our babies birthdays together. The flavors are so delicious, and omg the best macaroons!!! Highly recommend them for tasty treats❣

Rant: o’for heavens cakesI have gotten every birthday cake for over 10 years from o for heavens cakes. I know they are delicious and decorate amazing. So when I chose them for my wedding I knew they would be great. I was surprised at how badly they handled our order.June 7th I sat down with them for a cake testing. I discussed which flavor, style and decor I wanted. I emailed a Inspo pic.July 11 (after multiple unanswered calls) I ordered my sons 3rd birthday cake, a John Deere style. I posted to their Facebook page with a rave and thanked them.I called July 19 to confirm the number of cupcakes I needed for my wedding august 6th. Yep, they said GOT iT.August 6 (wedding day) 10am we call to pay for the order so someone else can pick it up for us.They didn’t make the cake. Their excuse? We didn’t pay a deposit. A deposit I was never, not one time told about.I called to say we can adjust and make less cupcakes than originally thought, hoping that would make it easier. The manager screamed profanity in the background, I was put on hold.They were able to do the cake in time for the wedding and they looked/tasted amazing. However they over charged from original quote. Their excuse? Extra charge for decorating. I’ve never been charged to decorate it before.Not once was an apology made to me for their error. I didn’t require a deposit so why would I offer it if it’s your company to policy.Instead of calling the week of the wedding to say “we didn’t get a deposit, can we get that?” Which I gladly would have paid…they just didn’t do the order at all. Then yelled like it was my fault they neglected to do their job.As mentioned I have utilized their small business for over a decade. Unfortunately they lost my business.We
Very good, but a tad bit expensive for 6 cupcakes, and they're not even big cupcakes, they're actually kind of a small size cupcake. They're good, but I work too hard to shell out that kind of cash for 6 cupcakes. That's like twice as much as they use to charge. They didn't lose a customer, but I didn't realize they were going to be for special occasions anymore, lol

We requested a cake with a palm tree and Luau vibe. We were super pleased with their design! The tree was 3d ish so it looked quite cool! Thanks for your time and effort in making our cake look fabulous! And of course, it tasted heavenly!

I've given this place two chances to make my cakes properly. They always make their frosting with too much almond extract which is overpowering and masks what I really want which is cake. That's really my main complaint. Then yesterday I walked in to pick up my order and another customer crying because her cake was underwhelming and clearly not what she had ordered. There was barely any time to correct this cake so I gave her another reliable competent decorator for next time. I felt so bad for this other lady because it was the day before her event and this cake was meant to be a showcase piece but instead what we all saw was a huge flop. Not even the size/shape she had ordered. I just wonder how did this "messy" order make it to pickup looking the way it did? It's as if there wasn't anyone to properly supervise people in the store.
