On Saturday March 15th I found a long dark hair in my food &this is the 3rd time this has happened in the last 6 months. I eat here 2×a week with co -workers for lunch or dinner. I will not eat here for a long long time. This place use to have great food&use to be clean.

It's a little noisy, but it's a good value local American-style Chinese buffet.
There is also a Mongolian Grill, and the buffet menu alone is delicious enough.
The menu is slightly different for lunch and dinner.

This was one of the best buffets I've eaten at in a long time. The hibachi area was clean and well stocked with very fresh items. The main buffet was kept clean and were busy restocking items as they became low. The one area I was disappointed in were the snow crab legs. They would empty quickly and wouldn't be refilled in a timely manner. Because this was a weekend and seafood on the buffet, the was a higher price. I feel of your going to offer crab legs, please keep these as well stocked as the rest of the buffet. Almost all of the food had good flavor. I would eat here again but maybe during the week instead.

First of all, the labels that say what the items are are hard to read and many dishes look very similar. I found some of my food to be ice cold and brought that to the attention of the waiter and all he did was take my plate and go clean it off and never told anyone that I am aware of. The food was from another day and was thrown in with other fresh stuff to use up. And I was not happy with that. As far as I know, everything is supposed to be brought up to a food safe temperature before being served.

The older man who works there tarnished the overall experience-
First, when we arrived he made a face and was rude about the table and adding another table. If it was terribly busy I would understand but it wasn’t and we asked before they arrived.
After, when paying, Apple Pay was not working and the same old man, instead of saying it, he began yelling “Don’t work, Apple Pay don’t work” x3 and then swatted my sisters hand, actually hitting her hand!
When explaining the situation to her husband, who understands mostly Spanish, he yelled “what are you telling him?!What are you saying?!” As if it is his business. Then when it came to finishing the payment, he kept rudely yelling “you have to put tip, you need to put tip.” Then took the receipt and wrote in a $10 tip without authorization. He wrote it in himself without asking, and dismissed them with a wave of his hand.
Unacceptable behavior and I have no interest in being treated like that.
