I always get a pick two. This time around I also got a French baguette, latte, and dessert. Which only cost me about 24 dollars. I absolutely love Panera. I have frequented here plenty and have never been disappointed. I mean, who can go wrong with deliciously fresh-baked bread and meals filled with robust flavors that melt the senses!!

Tried some pastry, the cinnamon bun, pecan braid and the chocolate croissant were awesome and excellent coffee.Also had the oatmeal really good and filling. Great place for a light lunch, soup and 1/2 sandwich, really good!

Service was extremely slow and they did not complete the customizations to my sandwich as requested.
if i could put zero stars for service i would. besides the 25 minute wait and being ignored at the window we didn’t get our banquets nor did we get silverware.

Am very disappointed 😞 😔 😕 by this place. I ordered 2 chicken Chipotle avocado 🥑 melt but the avocado came back rotten and black just disgusting so I called them because I couldn't eat it and I immediately sent pictures. I came the second time to buy the same and I reminded them that I wasn't happy of the previous sandwich 🙃 which they decided to discount me however, the problem I had this time was the rude customer service from Megan. Literally she was super mad that I mentioned about the previous sandwiches, didn't even try to come talk to me about the incidence but makes some sandwiches and throw them on the table. Lady you can't work in customer oriented place with that attitude. I guess you just a worker and don't care about customer care and the effects, it's the company's problem. Never again coming back there. That was very rude

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! Originally, we placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, and two mac & cheeses. One of the two sandwiches was delivered and both the mac & cheese were delivered. We called back to ask for refund as well as a replacement sandwich which was an inconvenience as we had to drive to the restaurant. The pictures below are of the sandwich I was given as a replacement. The original sandwich was supposed to be a hot sandwich. The sandwich I received did not contain any bacon and was a pitiful mess of a sandwich. I expect higher standards of a well-known establishment and this is unsatisfactory! I don’t know if it was the manager on duty when we called to deal with the replacement, but he was also very rude. Thank you for your time.
