They dont deliver their own pizza so orders take over an hour. Edited because the delivery is up to 2 hours now. HIRE YOUR OWN DRIVERS LIKE A NORMAL PIZZA DELIVERY COMPANY

Ordered contactless delivery. Missed the phone call from the driver because I was busy at the time, I went to pickup my pizza from outside 4 minutes after the call. The pizza was not there and the driver did not text back after I asked where he left it. I want my money back.

My garlic parmesan boneless wings where soaking in Sauce, so bad could not eat them. Then my pizza was supposed to have mushrooms , no mushrooms. Called they did credit me but where not friendly at all. To bad it's the only one in Grand Forks.

Wanted to switch things up and get a stuffed crust pizza. Unfortunately I was very let down with this choice! My wife and I treat ourselves out about once a week with pizza and was extremely disappointed with this establishment. We got 2 stuffed crust pizzas and wings. The wings weren't bad, but the pizza was poorly made, and seemed to be made in a rush and wasn't well baked as well! Also for my wife's pizza, we asked for light BBQ sauce, and I swear it had the most sauce I've ever seen on a pizza! Her cheese and toppings were swimming in it! The establishment seemed very dirty and really loud as well. It wasn't very busy at all. If your new to Grand forks, from what I experience my decade plus living here, all aside from the Jimmy John's which is awesome, stay away from the restaurants on Washington! That's right! all of em aside from the Jimmy John's their all trash! That is from 32nd and Washington to demers and washington!

So - we ordered through the papa johns app … when I got confirmation, it switched me to track through DOOR DASH . I didn’t order through DOOR DASH . When the delivery lady showed up, she was beyond furious that she was only tipped $3.00 . We tipped through the app , and there was a $4.99 delivery fee . She wanted more money . We paid via papa johns , and added a tip and delivery fee - yet she was extremely angry that she was only getting $3 from this delivery. I am not sure why papa John sent the order to DOOR DASH and made us have this experience. NOT HAPPY

I came in to place an order, however the guy behind the counter said they weren't accepting any orders from walk ins. The Person identified as a driver. He said to place my order online or I would not be served. I understand that they were busy, but he didn't have to be rude about it.

You guys need to stop outsourcing delivery to DoorDash. Until then it’s pick up only for me. I paid papa John’s for delivery not any random person off the street with a cell phone. It also adds time to the order making the food older ect just pay people you interview to deliver, please. Your pizza is so good
