White fella with long hair that was working the afternoon shift went above and beyond, alot of the reviews i see are unfair as he appears to be the only worker there. Incredibly nice and helpful despite cooking so many pizzas at once, i just wish i got his name.

Food and service are great. It is a take out place ONLY so there isn’t much for atmosphere. Just a kitchen and a standing room. I’ll continue to get pizzas here!

Don’t waste your time ordering. You will not be able to talk to the store directly, awful communication via their call center. Edit: received my order 2 hours after estimated delivery time, still warm and the delivery man was very very kind.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and got an estimate for time. Everything was smooth.
Followed the tracking app while I got some work done and watched the driver icon go to the hospital and hang out for 10-15 minutes, all the while my estimated time walked slowly out from its original.
When the icon started moving again, it became obvious that I was next. Sure enough, the knock at the door came and somebody was standing there with one arm outstretched holding a pizza box. I grabbed the box and said thank you, they might have said the same.
I closed the door, opened the box and found the contents to not be what I ordered. On top of that, the pizza I did get was barely above room temperature and undercooked.
Not a great experience, but in line with what my expectations are for Pizza Hut.
Cheap food, made quick and delivered without much hospitality. It’s all good if you don’t get your hopes up.

1.6 miles was away too far away for them to deliver. I had delivered 600 miles that day, but I guess people are made different. All I wanted was a pizza.

We weren't as happy with our order. Had to wait 15 minutes extra standing and waiting for our order that was already in the warmer. Didn't give us the whole order till we asked for the rest. Pizza was dough. Sad because we've always liked it. Pizza and breadsticks weren't hot.

Ordered a personal pan with pepperoni on I got a pizza with hardly any cheese on it and 0 sauce. Just cooked crust with a bit of cheese on it. Guess I'll be checking my pizza Everytime now before I leave ?
