DO NOT LEAVE THIS STORE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR FOOD! My wife loves Pizza Hut but since we moved to Grand Forks, this particular Pizza Hut has messed up so many of our orders. I'd estimate about 33% of our orders are wrong. We've been given the wrong crust, wrong side, and even the completely wrong pizza. This week when we went in I had to argue with the lady after she tried making me pay for my order a 2nd time. I always order and pay through the app ahead of pickup. If my wife didn't love Pizza Hut so much, I'd never order from this business ever again. Truly horrible quality control.

Breadsticks are hard and nasty! You can tell the food was rushed! Definitely not worth the money spent tonight, going to be reaching out to file a complaint to corporate.

You know I like Pizza Hut but after today I’m a little concerned and don’t know how much I’ll give this location my buisness, lady was rude at the counter, the other one I think may be new was wearing booty shorts, not even to her knees. Very inappropriate for an establishment like this when you work with guests.

Dirty No place to eat 3 chairs in lobby 6 people came in to order and 4 were entered wrong Employees were very nice but dirty I had a 26 dollar gift card thY they said they couldn't accept. Had to pay cash. It was a pizza hut gift card. Really not cool!

White fella with long hair that was working the afternoon shift went above and beyond, alot of the reviews i see are unfair as he appears to be the only worker there. Incredibly nice and helpful despite cooking so many pizzas at once, i just wish i got his name.
