I recently discovered Power Plate Meals when I was craving pasta but am on month 3 of my GLP1 regimen. I ordered through DoorDash and was so impressed! I ordered the spaghetti and one of the beef brisket. They were packed with flavor and have amazing macros! Heat up in 2.5 mins and are sooo worth it! I am hooked!

Power Plate has been such a great option for staying on track and being on the go! It’s also nice to not have to think about EVERY meal you’re making for the week.. Firecracker Meatballs are my FAV and the protein popcorn is AMAZING!
