Honestly I my review has nothing to do with the food, even though the pretzels are greasy, but that’s not the problem. The problem is when the people working at the pretzel maker starts making fun of their customers. I literally witnessed a group of kids hanging around the mall and they decided to get some pretzels which many teenagers do they were having a conversation that the workers at the Pretzelmaker could over hear and started loudly laughing at these kids and making fun of them Then when the teenagers went to order. They started mocking them. You could tell that these kids didn’t know the workers. They were looking really flushed in the face. They were getting pretty upset about it and you could tell they did not think what these people at the Pretzelmaker were saying was funny at all It almost looked very much like harassment from what I could see pretty embarrassing for the pretzel maker and for the two individuals acting that way because they were not teenagers. They were grown adults doing that.

Just order a pretzel and it's legit cooked. order from this place, worth your money. Even I can’t cook a better pretzel than them. I spent 5 dollars on a cooked pretzel. Place should be called cooked pretzel maker. I wish I could give them a six star but that's not an option.

I love this place. Me and my friends go here all the time when we go to play dnd at the mall. Pretzel maker is the one place in the mall that has stood the test of time.

A must-visit stop for anyone who has been travelling to Grand Forks over the last 30 years! This is likely one of the busiest spots in the mall, and for good reason - the pretzels are hot, fresh, and fantastic.Only complaint: the "original" large-format pretzels are no longer on the menu... Only "pretzel bites" remain available.

That have great tasting lemonade perhaps the best in town. Pretzels are good too.
