AMAZING! Food is good, but the best thing is the service that I got from these two young women, I don’t know their names but one has two dangly nose rings and she made my food. The other is the one who works at the till and wears glasses and two silver earrings. Both are so kind, and never have a bad attitude. They always smile and just make the experience overall amazing. I know customer service isn’t dead because those two women exist!!!

Not impressed with my burrito. They only put like 4 small pieces of chicken in it and a whole too much rice. Didn't taste as good as I had it last 3 years ago at this location. Too overpriced for what I got, plus the employees seemed to be in a bad mood, I could tell (although it could be because it was busy but still, I saw no smiles). The only thing good was the queso and chips.

I love the food but today I honestly had the worst customer service experience I ever remember having. The girl working kept rolling her eyes and acted annoyed at customers when she was the one that was talking quietly and no one could understand her. Overall she was being incredibly rude. The other workers just had a terrible attitude and after I said thank you wouldn’t even care to look at me. They just acted as if I didn’t exist the moment they got me their food. No “you’re welcome” after a thank you. No smile, just plain rude. The place was dirty, they smeared my burrito on other food as they went and I’m pretty sure other pieces of food from the make line fell into my burrito when they moved it down the line. Also they didn’t give me much meat ( which is a common complaint, but when they went to put cheese on my brothers tacos they absolutely covered it in cheese, idk if they were being generous or were trying to spite us but the difference in food portions was insane. Sometimes they were just throwing food onto the burrito without any care and you could tell that not a single worker give a crap about anybody working there. So pretty much, the workers were terrible. Never had a worse experience with workers, especially when I was trying so hard to be nice. I don’t know if I will be coming back.

Do NOT waste your time ordering for pickup or delivery, I ordered through uber eats (2 bowls and a chips and queso) and the bag of chips wasn’t even half full. The bowls were missing most of the ingredients, let alone also being only about a third full. Extremely disappointing, and continues to be so unless you are in person and ask for more.

Qdoba is one of my favorite fast-food options, similar to Chipotle. I always order the Chicken Bowl.
I love Qdoba normally, but I have never been to a Qdoba that was so messy. The main line food bar was awful…. Looked like it had not been wiped down for a long while. Lots of cross contamination. The floors and tables were dirty with no one cleaning.
So happy the soup is back! Staff was super helpful and friendly too

Disappointed. Ordered online since I was outside of town and thought I could drive up just as my food was being finished. The order said it would be 15 minutes. I got there in 20 and then waited another 20 minutes. The one guy doing all the online, doordash, grubhub orders versus 4 doing the people in line. Don't order online, just go and stand in line. I watched at least 15 groups of people order go through the line as I waited with the 6 doordashers. Chipotle has it figured out; Qdoba does not.
Vegetarian options: You create your own dish - rice and beans is the substitute
