Claim to deliver , always told over phone they have no driver. Lost my business maybe fix so it says do not deliver or hire somebody, forced to order elsewhere, and rude telling customers to call back .

Fun little place to stop in and grab a quick bite or perfect after a late night out. Large variety from sandwiches to tacos, with gluten-free options to choose from too. Gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu, which includes the hardshell tacos that were good. The red sauce has a great kick to it, so if you like a bit of spice, I would recommend getting it. Great place, with even better prices!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu.

The Red Pepper is a staple within Grand Forks, and i recommend this place for anyone. It's a small, dainty restaurant that offers Mexican food with a Midwestern twist. They're known for their grinders, but I've never had one so i can't comment on it. What I usually order is 2 beef, hardshell tacos with red and white sauce (delicious!) and 2 cheese tostadas, also with red and white sauce. The tostadas aren't heated, so they're best when brought home and microwaved. My favorite thing about this place is the white sauce. Please, if you find yourself here, you have to order the white sauce and use it on everything!

I wish the food came out at least warm when I order from here. Every time I’ve been the enchiladas, tacos and taco burger were cold… Do you have to request them to microwave it?? I’m from the south and am used to the Mexican food down there. I keep trying it but the only thing I really found that I absolutely love is the queso. Everything else is eh

Original Red Pepper, parking is ok, it’s on a residential street and only street parking, had to wait awhile but the staff was super nice and apologetic. Cement stairs in front. Food was great!

Every time I go to red pepper I find myself underwhelmed in a curious way. The food is good and cheap, the service is always good and they obviously are cool enough to hire teenagers. That being said I find myself craving Red Pepper Tacos at least once a week and I can't really figure out why. This is a Grand Forks staple that anyone should try at least once, because it won't be just once. Figure out this conundrum for me. Also the white sauce is something the gods would speak of.

I'm honestly surprised this place isn't rated higher... or in more locations! I love the Red Pepper! I mean honestly - eating out can be hard sometimes. All the decisions - what type of food, where, what specific dish, what side, what to drink, dessert or not? Exhausting! The Red Pepper makes it easy. Can't decide? Then "get it all" with the Everything Grinder - ham, turkey, salami, and taco meat!?!? Wow! Get extra hot sauce, you won't regret it. Need more or something to share - the garbage plate throws a little bit of every sauce onto a tostada with taco meat and cheese. Did I mention the hot sauce? Boom - done! As a Twin Cities native I've been searching in vain for a RP poser to feed my cravings for their sandwiches with absolutely no luck... is a 4.5 hour drive too long/far for a sandwich???
Love this place.
