I have only ordered from this restaurant once so far but the quality of the food is outstanding. The green thumb wrap was fresh and tasty. The tomato soup was warm and soothing. I am looking forward to ordering from this restaurant again.

Patrick is a great manager. I put the order in and it went to the wrong store during checkout. He made it a seamless experience, cancelled the order and went above and beyond.

The sandwiches here taste amazing and the worker at the counter was very pleasant. All of the ingredients seem to be high quality. The prices aren't outrageous, about on par with Jersey Mike's. Look forward to visiting this place the next time I'm in Grand Forks.

In the past this was a 5star review. I have had multiple times recently trying to eat here any time around 7 the fryers are shut down for the night. When this happens employees immediately have a terrible attitude about you ordering food. Decided still to give them my business to be given incorrectly ordered food and dry meat.

I ordered a sandwich, a salad, and waffles. I didn't receive the waffles which I didnt know until I got home and opened the bag of food. The sandwich was okay and the salad was pretty bad. All that being said, there was one person working front and back.

Patrick at Smiling Moose is an absolute rockstar! We recently hosted an event at the University of North Dakota, and his dedication to ensuring everything went flawlessly was beyond impressive. From start to finish, Patrick went above and beyond, paying attention to every last detail to provide outstanding customer service.

Not only did he make sure our food was delivered fresh and on time, but he also took extra steps that truly set him apart. He ran to the grocery store last-minute to grab cream cheese and even portioned it into individual cups. He hand-washed every grape, kept the bagels and coffee warm upon delivery, and carefully wrapped everything to ensure it was germ-free. He was exceptionally cautious keeping protections in place for dietary restrictions as a number one priority. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence made all the difference—everyone at the event was so appreciative!

Patrick’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made this event a huge success, and we couldn't have done it without him. If you're ever looking for top-notch catering and customer service, Smiling Moose—and specifically Patrick—should be your go-to. Huge thank you for making our event seamless and memorable!

Horrible experience food took 50 minutes on a Saturday night normally the service is great, horrible service normally it’s awesome some college kid with blonde hair and some middle aged native gentleman clearly don’t know what they are doing, cold fries. I hope the service is genuinely better the next time I come.
