I've been coming here periodically for the last 5 years and they are usually spot on. The last two times I came (about a month apart) and ordered an "Original Mo" the bread/baguette seemed soggy/cold like it was partially cooked. Definitely not toasted like usual. Tasted like eating raw dough where the meat sat on it and it oozed apart. In the past the baguette was firm and toasted (as is listed on their website), so I don't know what they're doing now. Hard to think about returning now, which is a shame. When done right, "Mo's" are unique and really good (in a comfort food kind of way).

I've been here on and off a few times, sometimes it's really great other times I've had a few issues here and there whether it be food quality or staff. I do enjoy the build your own burger and some of the sandwiches they carry.

Okay food, was $45 for two meals. The cheese curds had probably 10 in the bag. Lady had her head phones in and ignored when we asked something. Child laying on booth with shoes off. Will not be coming back.

This Smiling Moose has the BEST customer service! Not only were the staff keeping the restaurant clean, but they were ensuring we were taken care of. The food was also excellent. Our party of 5 ordered a wide variety and everything we received was better than expected. Adam is our fave!
