“This location is located in a strip mall. It's basic interior design is plain and fairly coffee shop generic. It doesn't have the warm inviting feel of many over Starbucks locations. The employees were wonderful. They were quick to help and seemed to be happy to work there. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was very plain and had little flavor. I thought as I ate it that I would have enjoyed a bacon and egg McMuffin more.“
“The staff at this store and on 32nd are always nice, they make eye contact and personable yet professional. Yesterday I had 3 drinks in my order. One was not correct but I did not catch it until I got home (.5 miles away). The top was not on tight so my friend was careful to take it out of the tray. Because the repurposed plastic is so flimsy now (I love that SB cares about the Planet Earth), the drink went all over my entry way. Shoes, and a long runner rug got drenched in coffee. I ordered another one and went back w the flimsy destroyed cup. Her drink was $6.08 so I paid nearly $14 for one drink. I explained what happened and although I am not entitled to some compensation, some sort of compensation would have been appreciated. I’m a daily customer. If it was my first time or 100th, it was very inconvenient. This is my favorite store still but just make sure 1) You have your full order before taking off. 2) Make sure drinks are correct.“
“Thi!! I visited 8/26/ ahead thinking I was smart, but they were just sooooooo busy. The crew was working nonstop to churn out PSLs and other caffeinated concoctions. I honestly would have bailed if I hadn’t already paid for my order, it was just so busy between in-store orders, online pickup, third-party deliveries and the drive-thru. But this crew was level-headed and kept working, even when some of the other patrons were snippy. It’s Starbucks on the first Saturday after PSL season opens, what do you expect? Even thought my order took twice as long as the estimated time, I know it had nothing to do with this crew. They rocked it. Starbucks is a want.“
“We did a mini gender reveal for our newest addition by ordering drinks here! We requested strawberry fraps for a girl and matcha fraps if it was a boy. We had no idea the gender and let the baristas working view the email with results for us. They were so nice and so invested in our little reveal and made it so special for us! Thank you to the team who helped us and made this magical for us. It’s a girl, btw!“
