The service at this location was absolutely horrible. The employees working at 630pm on August 20th 2025 couldn't have cared less. Myself and a coworker tried to order, but the employees wouldn't make eye contact and wouldn't take our order. Management needs to can these fools.

The portion size is very small as well. I haven't ever been to a Subway that covers their meat so customers can't see how much they're actually getting. I'm very disappointed; it's like cheating the customer. Great customer service clean restaurant but not worth the price only on the factory base hiding the meat toppings from the customers view i would recommend 32nd or Columbia subways

10/11/24. The front drive thru window is very gross . Huge weeds in the drive through almost appears abandoned. Staff inside are rude . The sandwich was not made correctly. What a dump this place is .

Poor customer service! When you are out of something you should disclose it to the customer prior to order or put a sign up! Then instead of making it right with a substitute you say my daughter can starve!! Poor customer service! Do better

We have ordered Subway from various local locations throughout the last year or so, but this is the place that has impressed us time and time again. The protein and veggies are fresh and highlight the ability to customize in a way that doesn’t ruin your order.

I didn't have a very good experience in the drive thru today. I paid for my order and got most of my order but he forgot the soup. I waited for 20 min then finally called the store and watched the lady pick up the phone. I told her that I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my soup. She turned around and saw me. She proceeded to ring up the soup. I told her it was already paid for. It didn't seem like she believed me until she looked at the receipt. She then went to get the guy who originally helped me and he didn't have a clue what I was waiting for, apparently they didn't talk. I told him and he went around the corner and about a min later the gal brought me the soup. I told her that I was waiting for 20 min and she said, "it was no 20 min". I told her to check the time stamp on the receipt and she turned around and walked away closing the window. No apologies or anything. I don't think I will be going back to that subway again. They weren't even busy so I'm not sure where the breakdown was. ?

I just want to share this with everyone I was in subway on south Washington to keep my son warm waiting for ride the older lady was very mean to me we didn't do anything wrong we just set and then she came over said you can't be here the owner said because I didn't buy anything from her you need to leave kicked a child out.of the restaurant because I didn't buy it's cold outside its expensive to get anything there my son was crying it's cold I seen I had a dollar I told my son maybe I can get him cookie he asked he did how can anyone kicked a child out I didn't care about me I just care to keep him warm intell our ride is here.with my son has disability the lady who works there she always been mean to people she does not have kind heart when I did buy sub and she get things wrong she gets upset with me for it now she kicked us out because I didn't have enough money to buy food kindness in this world that's important in grand forks I see people have kindness but not subway you don't know whats people going through intell you hear there story you can't judge anyone what there going there what happened you in the same place or you know someone who is it's Christmas season and Thanksgiving too it's need to be kindness not hate my son and I was clean and we didn't do anything wrong in the restaurant just keeps to ourselves that's it but the older lady has to kicked a child and a mom out because she didn't buy anything from her it's cold side I just can't believe that who other restaurant will do that too kicked out child and mom out just to keep warm and waiting for a ride and the food is extremely expensive even if I had the money you should never kicked out a child and a.mommy out into the cold 🥶 please everyone have kindness in your heart all year long that is important life is to short to have mean in your heart everyone needs kindness no matter what kindness will be wonderful if you try it you will understand it will feel good if you do one kind thing to others your heart will be wonderful thanks I did a kind heart someone who needs bread when. I bought food I give it to.him.he didn't have enough money no matter what I don't need anything returned I just need someone to be.kind to others and subway was not that to me and my son today

Rhandi and her team kill it on making delicious ? subs ?. The bread ? was fresh and soft, which made everything so much better.

Bread was dry. I don't know why I keep going to this store, hoping for a better outcome. There are much better sandwich restaurant options near this restaurant.
