I didn't have a very good experience in the drive thru today. I paid for my order and got most of my order but he forgot the soup. I waited for 20 min then finally called the store and watched the lady pick up the phone. I told her that I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my soup. She turned around and saw me. She proceeded to ring up the soup. I told her it was already paid for. It didn't seem like she believed me until she looked at the receipt. She then went to get the guy who originally helped me and he didn't have a clue what I was waiting for, apparently they didn't talk. I told him and he went around the corner and about a min later the gal brought me the soup. I told her that I was waiting for 20 min and she said, "it was no 20 min". I told her to check the time stamp on the receipt and she turned around and walked away closing the window. No apologies or anything. I don't think I will be going back to that subway again. They weren't even busy so I'm not sure where the breakdown was. ?

Rhandi and her team kill it on making delicious ? subs ?. The bread ? was fresh and soft, which made everything so much better.

Bread was dry. I don't know why I keep going to this store, hoping for a better outcome. There are much better sandwich restaurant options near this restaurant.

The team that worked tonight Friday the 24th around 5pm were epic. Gold stars and raises. I’ve never seen a team of 3 slay a busload of athletes that fast in my life. I remember the days of stopping at subway on a bus, 50+ people deep needing to eat in an hours time. It felt like 15 minutes and the whole bus load plus more were fed. Super impressive, incredible actually. 10/10 on the sub itself, sharp crew, highest praise!Kid-friendliness: My little boy loves his sub.

Got the order wrong didn't add what I wanted on and gave me the wrong order wouldn't go to this subway again .

I would have gave all stars but they didn't put any of the toppings on my sandwich just the meat and cheese they got the other sandwiches correct

Second time that my sub did not have what I asked for. I specifically asked this time when paying (I used the drive thru) if they had everything. She assured me they did. Get to work. No lettuce tomato or onions. Add in the ordering machine that hardly works and I will be going elsewhere

Kids wanted pizza - and crazy bread. This location has a drive through - I’ve never seen that before. Within 10 minutes of ordering we had our delicious pizza and crazy bread in our hands. Friendly crew working as well. Excellent experience.

Took them a minute to get to the counter....after that, service was quite good and both subs were well put together and tasted excellent! It had been a while since our last visit and we will be back sooner, rather than later.

Came in today through the drive through to get my food. One lady in uniform was out side basically yelling at someone on the phone! Sat in the drive through for over 20 mins waiting to get my food! Very unprofessional

Lunch Rush! Staff was busting it out! Customers at the drive-thru, customers in line to order, Door Dash/Grub Hub dude also waiting patiently for his order. A lot was going on! I was certainly impressed with the flow these employees had going on today. I watched as they quickly recovered from little “hiccups” during their rush. I felt like giving them pins or stickers that said, “Yeah! You Did It!” They did! I saw employees earning their paycheck today, and I know that customers that were part of this rush appreciated what they did. BTW... my sub was great. I’m happy I stopped by here for my first visit today. I have many reasons to come back. Thank you!

Nearly every single time I order from this location via DoorDash at night, my order is incorrect. And it's simple things! Usually items I have paid for will be missing! I seriously wonder if the employees here are able to read. I would stay away from this Subway. The one on Columbia Rd is the best, and I've barely ever had any problems from them the four years I've been eating there.

as I watched the young man make my sandwich, he wiped his nose with his gloved hand and continued to make my sandwich. and told ne his manager wouldn't let him refund but only make another sandwich.. he didn't change gloves between the previous sandwich and mine so that was a hard no!!
