Stopped by Wednesday after work and got a couple of sandwiches. Said I wanted MORE black olives. Literally only got 6 on my sandwiches. I don't get any other veggies on my sandwich. Load it up!

This has to be the SLOWEST Subway I’ve experienced. The staff prioritizes drive thru orders and to go orders over delivery in-restaurant customers. When every customer is getting the “I’m sorry for your wait” spiel, you have to know your in-store processes are deficient. My family waited approx 30 minutes from walking-in to sitting down with sandwiches. The interior was clean and inviting and the food was ok; but the service is a huge detractor. I do not recommend.

I was the only one in the line and it took 25 minutes for me to get my food not only did I not get my food right away it was so mid and the lady had an attitude

Adding onto the previous. I called for a refund the lady act like she didn’t know what a refund was. I asked her what happened and she hung up on me.

My family got discriminated I asked politely for the general manager number because the MANAGER and it’s a she old lady with glasses clearly dosent want to be held accountable for what she did she not only hung up she refused to give me any information . It’s aug 1 2024 this happened at 1pm we just need someone higher up to calls us and hear us out I know they have s cameras everything is recorded. I will be talking to our family lawyer for discrimination see what he can do accountability is what I want or apology did not have to go this way but manager wants to hide her discriminatory actions . racism against Hispanic is unacceptable in any shape or form , been living here all my life this is not right what she did. Staff Is definitely not trained to even handle people that old lady should quit and head to a retirement home if she’s so unhappy ..staff at that subway I hear from people in this subway is so unprofessional never ever going to this subway again looks like people here in the reviews have something to say about staff obviously this subway in particular has a problem with people . A bunch of losers just out to collect a paycheck and not even try at heir job. And once again a formal apology with settle this but looks like they want to play ball and get my lawyer involved I guess they have the money to deal with issues like this .. I In the other hand have the money to deal with stuff like this ..

Why is your bread shrinking?! The sandwich I paid $12 for today looked like it belonged on the kids menu. The one thing you have going for you is Noah. He is friendly, courteous and very pleasant. He is thorough in every way from the moment you walk in the door till you walk out with your food. You should give him a raise!!

I went to this subway at 840 pm I was about to pay and immediately with no questions asked the employee goes the lobby is closed as in I couldn’t eat there with my sandwich. This is not the first time he has said this to me . Since when is the lobby closed when the sign says open till 10pm no special instructions over the lobby . I will not return until this is taken care of how rude of your employee it would take me 5 min to eat my sub . May I also add there was 5 more people walking in as I was leaving . What right do you have to shoe customers out of the lobby when your hours say to 10pm.

I want to share with everyone and it's very sad what happened I was in subway to in grand forks Washington and my son was cold and he has disability and he and me was clean we didn't do anything wrong just need to stay warm and wait for a ride and the older lady was very mean to me and my son she came over and said get m out because I didn't buy anything from her and my son was going to cry is cold I was shocked we go outside and I try to keep my son warm how can anyone do this to anyone no heart what so ever because I didn't buy anything from her I can't buy anything because it's so expensive at subway and I didn't get paid yet the way she was she said the owner will not expect anyone to be in the place because we didn't pay to be in the restaurant I had to get a dollar to get a cookie for my son then I was OK its hurtful things to be kicked out of the restaurant because you didn't have enough money to be in the restaurant and to keep warm for your son I didn't care about me I will stay outside but a child I just want him to stay warm enough please remember this kindness is important and subway is not the one to be kindness I know the lady is not kind to us and the lady said the owner is the one kicked us out because I didn't buy anything how can anyone kicked out a child into a cold subway did I was just waiting for a ride that's all and thay was going to get someone for us but I told they go somewhere else because they way we was treated please share this with everyone what happened I have my other kids who are little and can't stay in the cold for along long time that is not kindness I thought Christmas and Thanksgiving is kindness out there you don't know what people going through intell you hear there.store.dont judge anyone intell you get to know them kindness is important in this world thanks pray for me and my kids we going through alot right now I don't need more problems I just want kindness from people around here

TL;DR: If you order pickup from here, check that all your sandwiches are made correctly before you leave the lobby -OR- order from a different location.Our take out order was messed up, and we didn't discover til we got home. Called the store; there were no managers on duty, but the crew member said they could help (it turns out they couldn't) . I explained how the sandwiches were messed up and offered to come back to return them and get correctly made ones. Also, to show the person who knew they made the sandwiches "exactly how it was on the ticket" that they, in fact, didn't (as i could hear him in the background). I was told that that wouldn't matter as all crew present had no authority to refund or even remake the sandwich correctly. The crew member took our contact info to have the manager reach out when they were on duty next, and we never got a phone call back.
