Subway gets more and more of waste of time and money. After spending over $17 for a now smaller footlong sandwich meal. I asked, very politely, if they give a veteran discount (the one in my home state does so I thought I would just check). I got a very disgusted no in return. Then I tried to hand her my credit card and she snapped "we don't handle those here", then inserted the card reader (which was on a pole of some sort) and said "it's going to ask you a question". I responded that I couldn't see the screen as it was pointing to the sky. Then I moved it so I could read it and it was asking me for a tip, in the the drive through. I paid for my meal and after about 5 minutes got my food and drink. Not wanting to waste too much time by blocking the lane for the person behind me I just asked her if the straw was in the bag. She then quickly went to the side and rapidly stuck out a straw for me to grab, stating she didn't know if there was one. I took it, left, used the straw (paper, I thought just California was doing that stuff), and checked the bag to see if there was a straw...there was not. This is the second Subway location I tried in Grand Forks, the other one had a hole punched in the seal for my drink. Kinda wondering if they have the same owner.

Very disappointed by my visit today, went through the drive thru and sat in line for 35 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me and it seems like they had plenty of staff working. I could understand if they were short staffed but I counted at least four members inside working the sandwich line. Terrible time management here, not to mention those 35 minutes I waited I didn't even get my sandwich. The same car was still ahead of me so I ended up leaving. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

11:30 at night and there lobby still open til midnight but also the cleanliness and toppings like you would see during the day not right before closing. Friendly counter help. Can’t say enough how glad this was next door to my hotel

This subway has gone way downhill... I was in there today. I started off as the only one in line, i was in the line for a half an hour they worry more about online orders than they do about in shop customers... they're also very rude, look at you like you dont belong in there, and there was multiple hairs baked into the bread.... I thought foodservice workers had to wear hairnets...

Ordered 6” steak and cheese with cheese, spinach, green peppers, black olives, onions, banana peppers, and chipotle sauce. The portion size was ridiculous for the price. They really skimped. Very disappointing. They cut portion sizes yet still raise the prices? Not worth $9
