Picked up order off of the app. The food was excellent, however the staff seemed oblivious to my existence, and I was delayed on picking my order up by several minutes, eventhough it was already prepared and sitting in the pick up area, already bagged up with my name on it.

Ordered online for 3 soft shell tacos and 2 beef chalupas...what we got was 3 soft shell and 3 hardshell tacos. I've worked fast food, it's not that hard to read a order ticket and to check the order before you bag it.

The worst taco bell I've ever seen, I ordered two times and they gave me different items which is not my order and they dont add every ingredient which are supposed to have in an item, even though you pay for your customization. Looks like they don't clearly see the details of an order. They just make what they want and send

This restaurant might shut down. Which is unfortunate bc it’s the only Taco Bell in forks. When I went through the drive through the line was incredibly slow with only 6 cars. I had a decent size order but they only gave me 1 quesadilla like I asked… but charged me for 2. I asked for a breakfast burrito and they gave me 2 of the same cabbage burritos 😭. They can’t handle when there is more than 3 cars in line so please don’t waste your time they messed up my order multiple times. Ima just get subway next time they could probably make me a better burrito.
Horrible services, didn’t assist with my payment and ignored me with constant requests of the manager.

Lady who took my drive thru order was rude from the start and then wanted me to wait at the speaker because of their times running high while also having at least 3-4 other cars waiting behind me. My order was made incorrectly and not everything I ordered was in the bag. Couldn’t even check at window because she had an attitude about their times and immediately shut the drive thru window.
