Two of my favorite days at taco John's is taco Tuesday and taco bravo Thursday. The taco bravo is one of my fast food favorites. It's a hardshell taco put inside a softshell taco coated with refried beans. The potato ole's are great to I ask for extra seasoning on them. But they have many food options for the whole family like a six pack and a pound six tacos either hard or soft and a pound of potato ole's. Quesadillas, burritos, and there version of street tacos made with steak, ground beef, or chicken. There's only one open in Grand forks right now on 24th Ave. The gateway store is being rebuilt and I believe the Washington Street store is closed for Good. But give taco John's a try when you're craving some great Mexican - American food and there also open till eleven at night.

The menu is similar to taco Bell so nothing new and exciting here other than the potato olays. However there is no value menu and the prices are extremely high. The service sucks and is unfriendly, and there is usually a wait that is unusually long.

The manager and cook were rude. Took 30 minutes to get a #6 combo a bean and cheese burrito and Mexican rolls.. plus the manager helping the cook and the cook himself were not wearing beard nets. The manager had a full on beard and the cook had a beard also. Not as full tho. Very poor service. Started getting rude when I was watching them cook my food.
