The service was great the decor etc needs updating now the what a joke I paid 17 dollars for a thin piece of 8oz sirloin to get fries with it I got charged 5 bucks a child size Cesar salad cost me 5 dollars to so about 27 bucks and 2 of us ordered that the steak had no flavor at all the ribs were actually pretty good buffalo wings were gross the mozzarella sticks were good I would never eat here again I'd leave first

I love the Tavern on GameDay! Whether it be a Fighting Hawks football game, hockey game or a concert , the Tavern is a great place to be! I love their burgers, and the wing special on Wednesdays and Thursdays will make this place a weekly go-to. Service Is always good. My favorite server/bartender is Tony. He sings and makes everyone feel welcome and entertained their whole meal! Tony pours the meanest Busch Light this side of the Red River!

Attached to a concert venue and closed after the concert. Pathetic, lazy and honestly irresponsible of owners/management. Quality time with out of town family cut short by this lack of sensibility. Figure it out or sell honestly.

Have never had worse service as a customer nor worked for a worse employer.Management is horrible.Turnover is embarrassingly high.Discrimination was rampant.Was nearly removed from the premises for doing my job.Do not waste your time or money at this horrible restaurant.Heard there's maggots in the beer lines, but that might be a rumor.Trash.

Currently sitting, waiting, wishing our food will come. Got sat at 11 when they opened. We were a large table but it is now 2 hours later and no food.This was the first time we been and probably the last.

We made a reservation for the night of an event at the Alerus Center for 5:15 PM, and the event was at 7:00. When we arrived, they didn't know about our reservation because apparently in the 3 days that had passed since I called, they "changed management". We then did not have our order taken until 5:55 PM, 40 minutes after we arrived. Then the waitress came over at 6:25 PM to tell us that they only had one cook scheduled for that night, and the food is an hour behind. She offered to bring us out appetizers. Around 6:45 PM with still no food and starving children, we left without anything and had to get concessions before the show. Very unhappy.

We went there with a group of friends to try it out. The waitress was very quiet, the drinks were forgotten a few times. I ordered the Steak tips. For a whopping $20, I received a small, ice cold steak cut into five pieces…. Nothing else. They took it back and (assuming) they microwaved it to warm it back up.I also ordered an appetizer that actually showed up AFTER my main course was finished… my boyfriend got the ribs and wings and they were also lukewarm, DEFINITELY not as cold as the steak.Drinks were forgotten, food was bad, service was very subpar.

And when we questioned the waitress she said oh well nothing I or the manager can do about it. It is a Canadian company.Service sucked! Will never go back again. They just lost 6 patrons!!!! And they look like they need all the customers they can get...

Came in on back to back nights looking for poutine and a beverage. First night there was no gravy so we couldn't get it. Second night we called and they said they had gravy but when we arrived they were serving event menu food only and couldn't do poutine. Both nights drinks were slow to come out for tap beers and wings were extremely overpriced given the amount you got.

We ordered beer and appetizer that were on special until 6:00 pm. When our bills came there was no discount for the items. Waitress told us that we didn't pay by 6:00 so special was off! Then she told us the manager could not override the transaction because the Canadian business does not care! If this is true poor business practices. There are 5 people that will never be going back to that establishment! And the waitress got snippy with us also.
