Had lunch there today. They were busy, but our wait was only about 5 minutes to be seated. Our server was Dakota.....very friendly. He did an awesome job checking back with us; he filled our drinks and rolls without being asked, very attentive and on top of our needs. We both had salads, which were fresh and lettuce was crispy. Will definitely eat here again!

We were seated next to a party of 10 the place was pretty much empty. It was 3pm. We moved over to a both next to us they said there’s no server for that table. I said what about that booth on other side of our table got same excuse. The bus girl was dancing around singing to herself slamming dishes when people left. Didn’t wipe anything down. The salt shaker was so crusty I couldn’t use it. They pay this skinny freak show to just stand and do nothing. Maybe if she took the ear bud out and took some pride in her job the place would be clean. Food was not cooked as ordered it was all rare fries were not even done. Other people came in got booths right by us. They were just too lazy to change the table number. Last time I came here I didn’t get to eat they gave me raw steak and than took it to cook it longer came back 25 minutes later with a burnt hockey puck. Well never again will I or any of my family or friends eat at this location again! Server did a good job but I couldn’t tip him because of the rest of the experience.

The whole staff was very kind! We had an issue with an allergy, the staff worked very hard to correct the issue quickly! The food was outstanding & their margaritas are so good!

Very attentive and helpful making sure we had full drinks at all times and if we needed anything they would get it. Fast and reliable service and shorter wait time.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly even have table pay tablets with $1.99 to play all games on it and kids menus where you can color.
My fav place to sit down eat when I do a road trip to the USA. Sadly I won't be visiting for a long time because of the political climate. Will miss it.

January visit - we were sat at table behind hostess stand. It was freezing cold. Staff was so freaking loud. The music was literally blaring right over us. Food was ok. Took an hour for food when we got food it was lukewarm. Once food was out we never saw our server again.
February visit - it was great to be seated instantly. Asked for warm spot to sit. We were sat next to windows. Asked to be moved as it was so cold. It was like vent was open right next to us and blowing cold air on you. We’re not able to move to any of the open tables said server was already busy in that section. Chili was sent back twice. Bowl was hot but the chili was not. Came out cold sent back came out lukewarm sent back. Ribs was very very dry no sauce taste. All u could taste was the burnt meat. Steak was also very dry. Husband couldn’t chew it. Son never got his side dish. Daughter got side dish she never ordered. Never got rolls after asked twice for them. Manager stopped at our table asked how it was going before we ever got any food. We sat waited an hour for food half hour to eat after sending food back because it’s cold dry. It was the worse visit. Use to be really good but it’s gone downhill. We won’t be back anymore. I’ll stick with speedway. Their food is amazing and hot.

Everything was amazing! It was our first visit last night all the way from Winnipeg. The ambiance and atmosphere was very vibey. The staff were all nice and very friendly. They even offered to give away samples of the sides since it was our first time! They also gave us vouchers for a free appetizer! Service was 10/10. The bread rolls were to die for! The food came fast and it was so delicious. We’d say the best steakhouse we have ever tried. We are so coming back whenever we would have a quick day trip to Grand forks again!

This was a hopping place! Hostess was able to seat 17 of us in 3 booths right next to each other. Waitress was on her A-game! And the rolls kept on coming!
