Very busy steak house.The food arrives hot, steaks as you ordered and delicious. I just wish that they didn't baste their baked potatoes with fat. The Caesar salad is awesome. Crisp, and delicious.The cocktails and beer are varied. Unfortunately, the bartender couldn't make a paralyzer: curdled and grim. So, I chose a margarita.

Have eaten here many times however our most recent experience was not optimal. I was asked yo update the review so here goes. We went in on a Friday lunch meal around 1PM.My wife and I both orders a 16 Oz. Sirloin medium. Mine was cooked properly but hers was significant under. It was sent back to the kitchen and the manager, Joey, brought it back out. It looked significantly smaller and very charred. Cutting into it, it still looked a bit under but acceptableHowever it was now tough and not tender from the second cooking and the outside was over charred while more of the inside was still slightly under.We couldn't find the manager to speak to but didn't want to bother our obviously fairly new server and just paid and left. Overall not the level of service and quality we have come to expect. When they overcook they give you a new steak, when they undercooked, it comes back and lacks quality. They need to remedy that. I understand the loss issues but losing a customer is a greater risk.

Texas Road House is definately the place to go for a real meal with meat and potatoes! I had the bbq ribs and the meat almost melt in my mouth. So tender, juicy, and fell off the bone! Best ribs I have ever had from any restaurant. The buns are soft and fluffy served with a whipped butter of cinnamon and honey. My mouth is like watering! Everything they serve is great. The service is amazing! Our server Aiden had the kind of customer service a restaurant needs. He was welcoming, kind, prompt , and was always in communication with us about our order. One thing about TRH, they are always busy so the wait time can be 15 mins to an hour or more, especially on the weekends. Id advise going between 11a-3p for a lesser wait period.

So you will see the price I have on here is a little higher but that is because I had gift cards so I treated us to the best! This place is just great and everyone if you are around you should come here! It is always very busy but you can go online and get put on a waitlist so we did this and once we got there we maybe waited 5 minutes max. One downside is their mixer had broken so they couldn't keep up with the buns but we did finally get some and they were just as good as always. We had an amazing server and our food came out just the way we wanted it. I had got a 16 oz river and they cooked it just like I had asked and my mashed potatoes were just amazing. My girlfriend's food was also amazing as I tried some of her ribs. I just can't say enough good things about this place!!
Went with a party of 6. Food was great but after 3 tries to get one of the orders right we gave up.A burger with no tomato or onion shouldn't be that tough. Steak was great though.

Food was great and we love the saloon environment. Was disappointed, waitress was pushy an rushed us out when the dinner rush was clearly over, tried to take plates away i wasn't finished eating, wanted the bill paid an waited keep stating "if your adding a tip" to add a tip on machine, nope get some customer service an i tip very well. Start coping attitude an behavior not impressed, can spend my money anywhere just not up for that dining experience.

Rough go. salad showed up after our meal. No biggie. The waitress said the manager was one of the owners kids…. Sent it back because we were already eating. He was cleary mad and distraught. Took my salad and slammed it into the garbage. Walked away abruptly. Super awkward. Feel bad for him and hope he is ok.

First time here. Staff were all super friendly. Portions were big. Service was fast. Food was pretty good, Couple of minor issues with our food but nothing big enough to bring to the staff's attention.
