I loved the cold brew! It was the best, most flavor that I have had here in the town!

This is the coffee place in town. Great cortado. Cut just enough to take away the acidity with the right smoothness. I would’ve preferred a darker roast. Still very good including the cappuccino. Nice cleaner with soda water which a lot of places omit.
Lots of upper floor seating if you’re looking to study or meet. Main floor is open as well. Nice bar seating if you just want to watch the downtown scenery go by. Overall, an inviting and relaxing place.

Good coffee, great staff. But the cortados are quite milky.

Sterile.
The best coffee in Grand Forks. Literally. Also very reasonably priced. The interior of the cafe is in a beautifully modern renovation of a music store. 10/10
The Ember beats all other local and chain coffee shops in its ability to keep consistency in the taste of their drinks and quality of their customer service. I never have to doubt that my coffee will be perfect and the atmosphere will be welcoming.
Past 12 years i go there
This place doesn't settle for any ingredients; they use local farmer honey, ceremonial grade Matcha tea, high quality syrups and coffee, and wonderful milk options.
They also have a variety of baked sweets. The croissant looked really appetizing, but another customer took that last piece.
I came here as a volunteer only. But my experience was wonderful. Spent 5 hours at this place, it went by like minutes.
Andy, Taylor, and Tristan were so welcoming for both us volunteers and every customer that came that day.
Don't forget to punch your loyalty card after ordering; those visits do add up eventually to your free drink of your choice!

The atmosphere was so relaxing with lots of cosy places to sit and the gentleman making drinks suggested his favorite tea option which my friend and I both tried and it was delicious! Ten out of ten!
Good place but don’t bother coming here during school times. I come here and try to be productive but this place gets over ruled by high school kids who don’t purchase anything. They make for a huge disruption, causing me to leave most times.
Great place to be with family and friends
I love going to this place .. I go to The Ember Coffeehouse after church with my kids
