I ordered a sheet cake over the phone for my sons birthday. I went to pick it up yesterday and there was no one at the bakery. After waiting 15-20 mins, we went down to the deli and asked the deli workers (who were just talking) for help, and they said they'd be right over. After waiting an additional 10 mins, I called the bakery and that finally got one of the deli workers to come over and help me. He asked my name, handed me my cake, told me to pay at the front, and just walked away. I never got a chance to say that the writing on my cake was wrong. I ordered it to say "finally a teen!" It just says finally teen:/ my 13 year old is not impressed, and I'll be making sure not to order anymore cakes from this bakery. This could've been a very easy fix, as all I needed was the word "a" added, but no one was willing to help me.

Trash. Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered in my whole life, of any store, particularly Walmart, that I have ever been to. Extremely unhelpful and argumentative employees, especially cashiers and customer service. The managers are all condescending, not to mention hardly of age, if that. Extremely unprofessional location. I’d rather walk miles upon miles to a different Walmart, or Uber out of town, then ever step foot in this Walmart again. Horrible customer service and dynamic all around.
It took about 20 minutes to get throw self checkout and they only had 2 check outs open

It was not scary if you have anxiety and people are helpful, especially other customers it is a bit frustrating if this is your first time and it’s rather big store, but I did eventually find what I wanted. The time I went, there was absolutely no Kleenexes of any kind no paper products except toilet paper. This could have been due to parents getting their kids ready for college, don’t take my word for checking out yourself
