Their posted operating hours are simply not correct, I have come multiple times when they are supposed to be “open” and they say it’s closed or they just don’t answer the drive through window. I have ordered online and the orders go through but the food never comes and it’s not available when I go to pick it up either.

My wife, daughter and I went there was an older woman at the cash register. She didn't appear to know what she was doing so she told a younger man to take care of it who was doing five things. Neither of them greeted us and after about 20 minutes of them two arguing about who's doing what we decided to walk out and go somewhere else because 20 minutes for somebody to ring us up is ridiculous

Sat in the drive through for 15 mins before getting my order taken afterwards i asked for a plain baconator just meat and cheese, they said it comes like that and after 10 minutes of waiting in the pickup area i get my order and it has a massive glop of mayo on it, $15 for something McDonald’s could’ve done in 5 minutes without the mess up

Absolutely unacceptable, and that in itself is enough for me to instantly rate 1 star. All I wanted was a triple, Wendys! Why? Also appeared that they are understaffed which could be part of the reason, but still no excuse to ignore customers.

I AM MAKING A HUGE COMPLIMENT! I AM A DASHER! I was picking up food and I brought my service animal and this rude ass worker saying he owns Wendy's lol anyways started to give me a bitchy attitude! And complaining about my job how I'm not allowed to do this and that for doordash lol and he was saying do I bring my animal everywhere lol and my service animal.... He said I'm not allowed to bring him anymore.... So he was acting all show off saying bad stuff like I don't know what I'm doing... He complains about it his allergies I'm like dude? Where's your bracelet? To warn people you have allergies and how I suppose to hell know you have allergies!? He could been nicer instead being an ass !so I walked away to not deal with this he keeps saying wow just walk away ! I don't deal with Karen's! So I already complained to the Wendy's actual company! And they fealt bad what I went through the guy said he didn't yell lol ahh.... I got a witness so

Food NEVER disappoints..especially the breakfast. So SOOO good. I always order from the App and either stop inside or go thru drive thru. You get points towards free food, and they always have rewards for you.
