McSwiggan's Tavern

This is a cool, dark, Irish bar - and I love cool, dark, Irish bars. They have a great special on Wednesdays - a draft beer and a burger from their menu for $9.95. This is my 2nd visit and I was not disappointed. The chicken curry was delicious although the rice was not jasmine it was still good. The fries i thought unnecesary but I guess people like that kind of thing.

Showed up because we read in their events that a DJ would be playing there. Was pretty surprised when we got there to find a very quaint, very Irish pub, because the DJ that was scheduled to be there was not at all fitting the scene I saw. Had a few drinks at the bar, very friendly place, nice range of ages. Soup was spectacular!
