All I wanted to do was place an order for wings over the phone. It’s so disappointing to see people not have manners or teachings. It shows, I’m assuming the female everyone is talking about is the same person who answered the phone call. She was rude from the start. She told me she couldn’t hear me and then just hung up without giving me a chance to be louder. That was all I needed to know. So beware of the service especially a female server. FYI I was being patient and understanding as possible until she just hung up on me. AND this was the first time I ever called that establishment. Which will be the last. So to the server who hung up on me rudely HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE.
Can get busy but understandable why. Has good food and cold drinks. Plenty of tvs as well if you're trying to catch a game.

The hand rail was taken off the right side, going to the top side of the bar. I used the left railing, coming back down, I used the (L)hand railing on my right side. I crossed the ramp to go n visit a few classmates, n without the right side handraiI up, I stepped off about a 5 inch drop, thinking it was level ground..I called the next day, I didn't call them the same day as it happened I took a muscle relaxer n slept. On July 7, because I wanted them to know, I damn neared fell, sprained, or broke an ankle. I had a major back surgery n am still healing.. I use a cane for walking, n I caught myself on the table when i missed and instantly felt a poking in my kidney area..I called my chiropractor n went today July 8th I really was surprised by their answer....Sorry, this happened to you. When they have money to remodel,they will be putting one up at that time. I'm not sure if I'll have them pay my chiropractor or hope they put 3 boards n a handrail up, so the next person or older person falls and sues.This was June 6th, about 230pm People head up n watch for your safety. PS n all I had was ice tea unsweetened!!

So I stopped in July 8,2024 to have an evening meal. I bought a beer played a little video game and then went to sit at a table so I could order. The gal simply walked by me 6-8 times and didn’t even offer a menu but was happy to serve a couple parties that came in after I set down to order. I finally just left. If I ever go back and happen to get served by those on duty their tip will reflect the poor service.
